Recently attended a one day Pilates workshop which was really well organised. A nice variety and balance of classes. Wonderful setting in North Berwick and beach walks were an added bonus! A very well equip team and Morven is a very strong instructor with great modifications where necessary.

I felt Morven really listened to my symptoms and devised a set of exercises that have already begun to help.

Consultation was relaxed and informative, not at all rushed. Procedure was explained clearly and simply and after diagnosis I was given a selection of exercises to work on, once again explained and shown simply.

I had a really excellent service from receptionist to therapist - I wanted to see a physiotherapist about a painful shoulder and I was assessed and treated in one appointment with follow up instructions and email support - really recommend this to anyone.

I came to see Kate Leishman following a visit to another pelvic floor physio who diagnosed me with a prolapse without a physical exam. Kate assured me I did not have a prolapse, merely a weak pelvic floor. She examined me and taught me how to do pelvic floor exercises correctly. She put me at easy, was friendly and open, I felt very comfortable with her. She is so knowledgeable. After years of vaginal pain following childbirth makes now pain free thanks to Kate.

I was in so much pain with my hip when I attended my appointment but Stewart was extremely professional, helpful and kind. He gave me a steroid injection whilst using an ultrasound scan. The difference it made was unbelievable and allowed me to enjoy Christmas with my family. Will definitely use their services again.

Stewart was wonderful with my 8 year old and helped him understand his injury and what needed to be done. Very patient and he thoroughly enjoyed his first visit to a physiotherapist.
