We provide clinical examination; ultrasound scanning and guided injections for any musculoskeletal (MSK) problem at clinics based in Hampshire and West Sussex. We have over 25 years of experience. Ultrasound guided injections are more effective than unguided injections. We offer steroid injections, hyaluronic acid (Durolane), barbotage, hydrodilatation for stiff shoulders and more. We set up this business as we recognise that many people are keen to access these services but find waiting times for NHS treatments frustrating. We offer all these services regularly in the NHS and are now pleased to offer them at affordable prices in the private sector. Excellent Service from Advanced Physio Solutions in Chichester
I was able to have an appointment within a few days of initial contact and was seen by Peter, a very personable and professional physiotherapist who carried out a thorough examination. He was extremely clear in his description of the issues involved and ensured I uderstood the situation well and the possible courses of treatment.
The treatment room was perfectly clean and bright and there was parking available on site or very nearby. I have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Pgysio Solutions

Very professional
I saw Peter, he was brilliant; a whole body assessment, he identified the problem and gave good advise, he didn’t think an ultrasound would benefit, so he didn’t do one.
He also advised how I should be taking my medication, it was clear and easy to understand. Would thoroughly recommend.

Once again I needed the help of Peter…
Once again I needed the help of Peter Monk to diagnose a problem, this time it was my knee. Peter scanned my knee and explained clearly what the problem was and accurately told me how it would progress and resolve. Thank you Peter, almost pain free now.
