Ashleigh was a great help to me today and confirmed everything I needed to know. The whole process with Advantist was a positive one and I was never made to feel under any pressure. They actually care and are always there to help when needed.

I spoke to Nathan the call handler who dealt with my issue regarding false information provided to them by HMRC. Nathan was extremely helpful and dealt with my issues diligently and professionally.

This company can never get the information correct, they offer a false service to HMRC and should not be allowed to operate. Unclear if they are still owned by Japan, what interest do they have in UK Tax payers? Are they a registered charity or just sealing money form the UK Tax payer.
For any business, going through challenging financial times is really stressful but dealing with Advantis has actually come as a welcome relief. Chloe was marvellous , kind and informative. Its giving us a little bit of breathing space just having the option of dealing with a team who are clear in terms of what we need to do but also compassionate at the same time.

Amazing customer service! I had been having a very stressful few months with an ongoing issue with Virgin Media. In less than 5 minutes talking to Sophia at Advantis she had got to the bottom of what was going on, given me clear instructions on what to do next and had sorted the problem out for me! I had been going round in circles with Virgin media, backwards and forwards for months and getting no where. Now it is all sorted, which is a huge weight off my mind.
