Ardent are hounding me falsely, I used the aa last year and paid my full invoice online. recently i have started being hounded by ardent credit services, a debt collector who say they are on behalf of Admiral Insurance but using my Ford insurance policy number. i spoke Ardent who told me to speak to Admiral, who passed me to Ford, who then told me it was the AA reporting that i owe them a further £248, that i have never recieved an extra invoice for nor was i due to. I contacted the AA who have emailed me confirming my invoice was fully paid and advised that i have nothing outstanding and the emails were not from them. So where have Ardent decided I owe this money from? Since sending Ardent the screenshots and emails from the AA confirming my payment and that I dont owe anything, I have had no response. I would like confirmation that this is closed and peace of mind after the hassle and stress they have caused me over nothing.

I had one of the best customer service experiences today. Marrjk provided me with all the necessary information and supported me thoroughly over the phone regarding my case.
Instead of focusing on payment, he went the extra mile to fully understand the situation, which is helping me move toward a resolution. This shows that your company is not only focused on collecting payments but also genuinely cares about its clients and treats them with respect.
I wish every company had customer service representatives who are as professional, fair, and dedicated as Mr. Marrjk.
