Contact us either by telephone on 0151 545 1500 or in writing via our website and we will do our best to help you to resolve your debt or assist with a dispute. Debt Collection contact is often unwanted, but we are here to help and look forward to hearing from you. For independent validation of Ardent, you can check the Credit Services Association website, the FCA consumer credit register for firms or Companies House. If you owe a debt to HMRC – check the HMRC website for the details of debt collection agencies they use.

Had a fraud case since last year, everyone I spoke to had told me to sort it out myself or pay the debt off. Today was the first time I spoke to a lady. She was absolutely beyond helpful and didn't just tell me to pay or sort it, really refreshing to have someone actually listen and help as stressful as speaking to a credit service is.

The sevice was very good the lady i delt with was very plesant understanding and helpfull, ne agresiveness ot threats atall. Very good.

Zilla's customer service was outstanding
Zilla was amazing very understanding, friendly, and patient throughout. Speaking to a debt company can be quite scary, but she kept me reassured and made the whole experience much easier

Spoke to Jess R today, was really worried at the start of the call as I explained I’d recently had a heart attack and was worried the call could trigger something else but she was a lovely girl with a very soft voice and helped me sort out my hmrc debt thank you!

Horrible experience, falsely chasing me
Ardent are hounding me falsely, I used the aa last year and paid my full invoice online. recently i have started being hounded by ardent credit services, a debt collector who say they are on behalf of Admiral Insurance but using my Ford insurance policy number. i spoke Ardent who told me to speak to Admiral, who passed me to Ford, who then told me it was the AA reporting that i owe them a further £248, that i have never recieved an extra invoice for nor was i due to. I contacted the AA who have emailed me confirming my invoice was fully paid and advised that i have nothing outstanding and the emails were not from them. So where have Ardent decided I owe this money from? Since sending Ardent the screenshots and emails from the AA confirming my payment and that I dont owe anything, I have had no response. I would like confirmation that this is closed and peace of mind after the hassle and stress they have caused me over nothing.

Outstanding customer support.
I had one of the best customer service experiences today. Marrjk provided me with all the necessary information and supported me thoroughly over the phone regarding my case.
Instead of focusing on payment, he went the extra mile to fully understand the situation, which is helping me move toward a resolution. This shows that your company is not only focused on collecting payments but also genuinely cares about its clients and treats them with respect.
I wish every company had customer service representatives who are as professional, fair, and dedicated as Mr. Marrjk.

I had a really positive experience speaking with Tony. He showed excellent customer service throughout the conversation and was genuinely kind, patient, and understanding. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable, and I really appreciated how respectful and approachable he was.
