Worst Service Ever
I recently had one of the most frustrating experiences with your airline. My flight needed to be rescheduled, and instead of providing a quick and efficient solution, I was forced to wait over an hour on your so-called live chat support.
The word live became meaningless when I had to stare at the screen waiting for an agent to respond. By the time someone finally joined, the responses were painfully slow, repetitive, and unhelpful. The process dragged on for far too long, and what should have been a simple reschedule turned into a stressful, time-wasting ordeal.
To make matters worse, there was no clear communication, no proper updates, and zero sense of urgency from your side. As a paying customer, it was disappointing to feel completely ignored and undervalued.
This experience has left me with serious doubts about the reliability of your customer service. Waiting over an hour on live chat just to resolve a basic issue is unacceptable in today’s world.
