Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They still are holding 9000 usd of mine hostage. The sending company approves withdrawal and Aeropay after a week of waiting declines it. Asks me to reconnect my bank 3 times and I’ve done successfully. They even sent me an email saying my account is enabled and in good standing. They send me back to other company trying to blame them without helping me.

Terrible. I've been trying to unlink bank and delete account for two weeks.

My account just stopped working after a year. Repeated contact w/chat has gotten no result. They say a ticket is in the system & yet no contact for over 2 weeks.

If you don't provide the exact format for verification they will block you from your account. I'm trying to change my phone number and provided the documents but because my utility bill doesn't have my new number they flat out refuse to change the number. Other companies have automated ways to change numbers but not here. If they don't adapt they will lose out on customers. Also, I've been back and forth with them for a month with no resolution.

Worst customer service ever! No matter what I’ve tried to get through I’ve never got a response back as I need to update my account information and they’ll never reply to you

There is a chat button on website for help, however always is inactive as it says nobody is there and it will not let you leave a message. Only option is to email but haven’t heard back at all. Got a receipt showing I was paid and it would hit my bank the next business day, 3 days later still no money in my bank. Dont withdrawal with Aeropay use anything else and you’ll have a better experience.

These POS individuals take money to help on posting for purchases. However they never ever post refunds they keep it. I now have had 2 refunds and have not received either. It has been some time so they have had the opportunity to disburse the money. And if you ask about it they get nasty. They do not care about giving your money back. It is a horrible experience

This is a real site. Fast and easy to use, knowing my credentials made it an even smoother process. I would definitely recommend this website to claim any transactions.

Been good so far

I frequently can’t use the service, even if I have twice the amount of the order in my account. I can only tip when I use the QR code in the store, and that is SO UNRELIABLE that I feel like I’ve won some sort of prize when it works. The inadequacies stand out as all other online payment services are seamless.
