Areopay is very reliable and I’ve never had a problem with them from day one and a customer service is A1

There are no hidden fees and processing has been relatively quick. No issues yet. Everything has been pretty quick as well.

I was actually a little concerned on how smooth purchasing things in another country with my debit card. Aeropay makes it fast and secure. It felt almost like home, there was never an issue and the transactions were rapid. Thank you Aeropay.

Update 6/11 - after this review posted they commented with yet another email (not listed on their site). I reached out and they are blaming another company (sleeper). No resolution.

Extremely sketchy. There is no working number for this company. The only reason I am involved with them is through a sports betting app. I deposited money with no issue and the money came out of my account. I won the bet and was never paid. The remaining account balance went to $0. The app customer support said it’s an aeropay issue and I’ve been trying to get a response from them for 2 weeks now. I would not trust these ass clowns with anything.

Is there anything lower than a 1? Probably the worst support ever. Can’t withdraw, but they’ll process your deposit ASAP. Sound familiar?

For a financial institution, this is terrible customer service! They have held my money (1000$) captive for over 3 weeks now and the email support is highly unreliable.
They asked for verification documents, I gave it to them then they claim to have resolved my issue but then they still hit with the additional verification again and now support does not text back and claim they have to reach out to their own payment processor to rectify the issue
How does a payment processor use another payment processor for business🤦
Any platform that uses aeropay is a scam and they are trying to defraud you of your money
STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Worked well until it didnt. Had no problems with them for over a year, but then I bought from a store that wasn't my regular one and they basically froze the account without a coherent error message or anything telling me how to resolve the problem. I contacted support who took about a day to respond each time and got asked to send them extremely sensitive info like my bank account number via e-mail with no secure form to enter it into, which the first agent could read and then escalate it to another agent to also read.

Long story short anyone can make a website, I regret ever creating an account with info that they clearly don't care about keeping secure and I'll be using cash from now on.
