Look, I’ve read the reviews and cant believe some people are getting their knickers in a twist over slow delivery or where it’s despatched from. The shoehorn is a lovely addition. But the customer service IS 5 star. They get back to you straight away to assist.

It’s a scam site
It’s a scam site. Products are drop shipped from China, not Scandinavia. They delete negative comments from their social media but keep positive ones so it looks like everyone has a great experience. After I ordered my order was not packaged and shipped for two weeks, and when I emailed to ask for an estimated date of arrival they just canceled it. Do yourself a favor and buy from an actual small business, crafts person, or better yet just buy secondhand.

Købsproces mangler lidt vigtig og essentiel info
Jeg synes ikke helt de gør nok ud af at henvise til at der på deres hjemmeside står "Important - please read before ordering" på siden for "shipping policies". Som i korte træk forklare at ens købte vare kan blive taget i told og man kan ende med at skulle betale ekstra i import told/moms for sin handel.
Jeg bestilte et skohorn d.28/5. Det er dags dato stadig ikke ankommet. Kan se på deres shady tracking side at den dog er ankommet til Padborg. Guess what der ligger i Padborg? Nemlig, Toldstyrelsen. Glæder mig til at se om jeg får en ekstra opkrævning på noget som koster 289kr
Derudover skriver de 7-12 "Business days" på leveringer til EU. Vi er pt. oppe på 14 "business days".
2 stjerner er hvad det kan blive til for nu.
