The product is not as they advertised at all, and it took 2 months to arrive. The product supposed to be figures, as advertised; item i received was just printed image on clear acrylic cut out, it's completely different!
I have requested to return the product and get full refund, their customer service team is playing game and not really helpful.

I ordered a pack of 3 Christmas trees on 23rd October. It's Christmas Eve and I haven't received my package yet. I have been contacting them since last month about a refund which they refuse because the product is not delivered and they don't eveb have a shipping number to send me and all the ask me for is to wait and claiming they have contacted the courier to expdit the shipping. Nonsense!!! Stay away! It's a big scam!!!

Unprofessional unreliable and lacking business ethics.
Order a tequila calendar set in October. Received and email that my package had moved to the local sorting center. Received no additional tracking information. Queried them in mid December and they said USPS had delivered the package November 28 to my mail box. I never received the package. Other then the mail carrier notation there is no proof of delivery No signature no pictures. This was an package containing alcohol
The company took no responsibility

I saw their Advent calenders on line and thought they looked awesome. Although they upped the price during the ordering process I still thought it was reasonable. When I finally received the product it was garbage. Not even worth 5 bucks. The website led me to believe it was coming from the States but instead it was cheap Chinese crap. They say satisfaction guaranteed but only offer you 10% of what you paid. Run away from this company as fast as you can TOTAL SCAM

I wish I had read the reviews here before buying. Such an absolute scam. Bought a tequila advent calendar, thought it would be mini bottles because it was advertised as such.... what I got was tiny hard plastic (shinky dink paper) ornaments. The company tried to say I got what I ordered and would only give me a $6usd refund, I paid $40usd plus shipping. I refused and asked for the return address, they gave me an address that would cost me almost $300 to ship it back to.
Please be aware and do your research about who you buy from.

Ordered "The versatile flower penGREEN" through a Facebook advert. The item was never delivered.
The tracking information I had told me the product had reached the UK and was at a Lincoln depot. This status has not changed for over a month.
I contacted "support at aestheticisn dot com" who told me the following:
"Sorry to keep you waiting.
We checked the tracking information but there is no updates，
your package may have been lost，so we can not receive the parcel neither.

We are so sorry for what happened. In this case, we have two solutions for you:

1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.

Waiting for your choice. Thanks for your understanding."

I have sent repeated emails stating that they need to refund me and it's their loss that the courier they chose has not fulfilled their contact. They are refusing.

I suspect this company is a complete scam and the product never even existed let alone sent.

Avoid this company at all costs and lesson learnt on my part for never buying anything through a targeted advert on social media again.

Scam. Knew it once I asked for a refund and the response was here is your shipping link. Never responded after I pushed for the refund. Also the AI white family on the website should have been a clue as well as not being able to find the product on the store after buying.

Terrible company. Will rip you off. Ordered a flower vaporizer that costs a little shy of $60 USD and they sent me some kind of Chinese flavored disposable vape that I can buy on any corner at any store where I live. They refuse to refund me my full amount saying the most they will refund me is $9. Do not buy from this company. You will be ripped off.

This is a shocking company. And the customer service is absolutely terrible. Sent me some random 99 pence item. I paid 40 quid for flower vaporiser. And I got a watermelon stick. They won't refund or send me the item I ordered. They offered me 5 dollars. Thieving scumbags

She tried to use it the first time on Monday 30th December and found it didn't work. Contacted seller first sent photos to them, they offered 3USD. It cost $43.78 - £36.21. Im absolutely fuming.
