With the vagaries of the postal services losing my order , I contacted AFK Gaming via email and within 2 days a replacement was sent

Also AFK for customer service. Ordered something online, got a "shipped" notification on Sunday, sent an email asking for tracking on Monday, same day the order gets cancelled without any information as to why (presumably their online stock indication was incorrect). Pretty sure you could do better if you wanted to.

Product delivered and generally good service. Only small thing was there a bit a delayed between order and the product to be sent out, but no real issues with the product itself.

Very quick delivery, good product

It's a really great little store you guys have. The tournament you host are fun aswel, not sweaty but also challenging and competitive in a fun way. Honestly the only slight criticism I would give is the terrain mats being see through and difficult to see on table. Highly recommend.

I pre ordered a Magic the gathering precons deck from you. I was then notified it could t be delivered as you had had issues with your suppliers. You offered a refund which I accepted. However this still hasn't arrived well over a week later.
