Amazing experience! I ordered a video for my mom's birthday and she was absolutely blown away and delighted, laughing and crying at the same time. The support team was amazing, they replied very quickly when I asked to slightly expand the text. I'm very happy with the result! The only downside is that the video resolution isn't very high, it looks quite blurry on a TV screen. We had to watch on a computer monitor instead. But overall, a great experience!

Regarding the video length , each one includes 40 seconds of dancing, and the rest is your personalized voice message. It is impossible for our dance teams to dance for the whole duration of songs and it does not look natural in the video.

Regarding the robotic voice message, our performers are members of African tribes who don’t speak English or other languages fluently. They can only repeat what they hear, so pronunciation can sometimes vary - especially with more complex or non‑English messages. If the name or phrase wasn’t pronounced correctly, please let us know and we’ll remake the video for you at no extra cost.
