Regarding the video length , each one includes 40 seconds of dancing, and the rest is your personalized voice message. It is impossible for our dance teams to dance for the whole duration of songs and it does not look natural in the video.

Regarding the robotic voice message, our performers are members of African tribes who don’t speak English or other languages fluently. They can only repeat what they hear, so pronunciation can sometimes vary - especially with more complex or non‑English messages. If the name or phrase wasn’t pronounced correctly, please let us know and we’ll remake the video for you at no extra cost.

They worked with me to change the song immediately and it was an easy process to do thanks to them.
I used them last year for my sister and this year for my grandmother which both times were hilarious and amazing to bring some laughter to her day especially considering the fact my grandmother has had a tough year medically.
