Platform Reliability
My first two transactions were processed smoothly and without any issues, which gave me confidence in the platform. Unfortunately, my most recent transaction was a completely experience.
The platform marked the transaction as completed, but my account was not credited with the funds. I immediately contacted customer support via email and their customer service phone lines. Despite several attempts, I did not receive a timely or satisfactory response. However, I woke up this morning (15th July) to find that the issue had finally been resolved and my account had been credited.
Based on my experience, I encourage anyone considering this platform to proceed with caution. While my initial transactions were successful and my most recent issue was eventually resolved, the delay and lack of responsive customer support during the process have left me with reservations about the platform's reliability.

I am quite comfortable with the app
I am quite comfortable with the app. At my last transaction, I mistakenly transferred to an old account, Gabsyn microfinance. The transfer was reversed and then I went to transfer to the current paga account.
