Aftermarket Avis 

My order total was $4.22. They charged $11 to use PayPal, $19.95 to ship FedEx (USPS would have been less than $5), and $1.37 for "Insurance" (which only showed up in PayPal, not on my sales receipt). The only good service was I received the order in 3 days.

Ordered a part and it says the price, When i get to payment, It adds shipping and handling and 4% for using paypal and by the time you see the total they have already cashed you out and collected the money and the price is double. They did refund my order instantly and apologized for the inconvenience.

Responsive seller. Quick Shipment. Item exactly as advertised. I really dislike "handling fees" but it is disclosed and when figured in the overall purchase price, my purchase was a good deal.

Parts not in stock as advertised. Tried to charge 20% Sales Tax! Never received Refund. Doesn't answer messages. Total Rip-Off!

Waited on part over a month. The answer was always "will ship next week". As long as you have an extended time frame, the part did eventually come and did work as anticipated.

If I could give zero stars I would, DO NOT buy from this chop shop (that’s basically all they are). Had an item in my cart for $89, they canceled my order stating that it was sold out and they couldn’t find any more of its kind. Ok…cool, stuff like that happens. Right? No…wrong, I went back a couple of minutes later and put in the same part number on their site. This time it was listed as $100 more than it was just minutes earlier. But according to them, they were sold out and couldn’t get it any longer. So I emailed them explaining my findings and, almost a week later no response from anyone representing this bs company. They are liars and outright dishonest. Beware, you have been warned.

Order parts from them on 10 April 2022. Afterwards I was initially concerned re the reviews on this page, but I received a genuine UPS tracking number, and followed my package's progress.
I received it today, (22 April) after some bungling by the local UPS branch (Cape Town, South Africa).
Parts quality seems fantastic. Pricing was great, probably due not being "branded".
At this stage I do recommend Aftermarket Express.

What a shady website oh my god.

Paid $95 for international shipping for a $16 product only to receive another email asking for $55 more for the shipping.

What a joke. I've done a lot of drop shipping but this is borderline scam

But what a weird buying experience. It all started on aftermarket.support, then sends you to aftermarket.express

Nope! That was not fun. Never buying there again.

Do not trust this company. Non existant communication plus adds on surcharge for paying via PayPal

First: this is a parts broker not a parts supplier. It is the online presence of G & T Engine Parts about 15 minutes/6 miles down the road from the home from which Aftermarket operates.

What happened: When I had not heard any status of my order I canceled it. G&T Engine Parts put in an order to a Deere dealer in IN to order a drop shipment of the part and claimed it had already shipped. It had not shipped. Worse, Aftermarket hit my credit card through Paypal on October 29 when it had not finished processing the order. This is forbidden under Paypal merchant rules. I have raised a case with Paypal.

Great company with staff who provided excellent service all the way to the UK for genuine John Deere parts. Amazed at the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. Quick international dispatch when no UK dealers could help. Thanks so much.
