I’m currently finishing my physiotherapy sessions with Uzma after an accident, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help. She’s been incredibly kind, supportive, and patient throughout my recovery. Uzma always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I’m comfortable with each step.

I have had 4 weeks of physio therapy with Uzma and I can’t thank her enough. When I came I was stiff and in constant pain. After my treatment sessions I feel such relief and the pain is more manageable. She has also given me exercises that I can continue with now my treatment is finished. Definitely recommend.

I suffered whip lash in a car accident and ended up with neck pains and spasms in one arm, shoulder and elbow.
From the very first examination and guidance I received made me feel very comfortable and trust with the practitioner.
From the first physio' treatment session the positive effects were immediate. By the end of the program My aches and pains have significantly subsided, and I am sure with a little gentle follow up from the exercise treatment advised I will be back to normal within a reasonable period of time.
