An awful experience
It was one of the worst physio experiences I've had. The (woman) physio was only interested in booking me for next sessions and kept "encouraging" me to book just after 1 day without even waiting to see if the exercises suggested by her have any effect or not. Moreover usually it's one physio per week but she wanted me to come 3 days within a week which sounded a bit weird.
Also she was barely listening to the symptoms I had and she went to optically through a check-list of things on her tablet and that gave her the diagnosis which she passed onto me.
Finally at the start of the session she has said she will do some electro-massaging but the 30 mins were whiled away and as soon as next patient was in, she said I need to leave without me getting any of the electromassaging.
I had selected this clinic in Stanmore based on positive reviews but they are for a man. Mine was an awful experience.

They cancelled my appointment last…
They cancelled my appointment last minute and had no other consultants to stand in. They are very busy and can't get appointments when you want it as simply take on any insurance cases to fill their diaries. They are recommended by insurers and i have no idea why? The clinic is very basic and not very clean. They have a non-existent booking system and no replies to emails and they like suddenly responding on whats app. No receptionist or coordination and frustrating. Not a professional outfit and much better physios locally.
