I ordered 3 packets of frozen Pitta…
I ordered 3 packets of frozen Pitta breads last Friday. When they arrived with me this week, they were completely defrosted.
I have already written a mail to the company about it, but I have not yet seen a reply.
This is very disappointing.
I would expect either a full refund or 30 FROZEN pittas to be delivered.

Customer service brilliant - there was a mixup about delivery date, but they sorted it out straight away. Food was delivered well packaged, and where appropriate, insulated. Everything was yummy, and our guests were really happy. Even a birthday card and a gift for my Mum's 90th birthday (food was for her party).
