Delayed delivery
Love the items and order alot from this company unfortunately on this occasion my experience wasnt great. Not the agoras fault but due to the delivery company fault in a delay with the delivery which meant it was a day late and unfortunately the frozen items had defrosted and were warm so couldn't be used. Will still use agora as not their fault.

Arrived in very poor condition
I wouldn’t offer the Carob Rusks as a product available for shipping. I read mixed reviews on them arriving smashed, but I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. I ordered five packets (100 rusks approximately) to host a sold out event for 32 people. I received 38 usable rusks, some whole, some in half, the rest were dust! Really poor.
The delivery was quick which is always handy.

Indeed we have few cases out of the hundreds of orders we may send daily that products can be mildly or significantly damaged during transit by the courier and this is something we highlight on our Delivery Info page. Great service!
Everything was really well settled in the package and earlier than it was expected in an excellent condition. Always being informed about the process except the delivery one, for which I wasn't but thankfully the parcel was left in the right place, even though I was in. That's why the four and not five stars.

Update: The item replacement items have not been received.
The pasta was correct, but you sent the wrong flavour crisps which I needed for a Greek supper evening.

Delivery service disappointing to say the least
Delivery service disappointing to say the least and not the first time I have had issues with EVRI. Delivery delayed with no explanation given and when item was delivered the package was soaking wet and badly damaged, even though clearly marked fragile, if the contents hadn't been canned goods I hate to think what condition they would have been in. Haven't tried the product yet but hoping for a pleasant taste experience

Please do not pack so tightly the icebags n the top of the pies as the pies get deformed in the middle
