One week to deliver foodstuffs is too long. I was not impressed with Evri. I have not tasted the product yet but it was completely thawed when it arrived. It is vacuum packed so hopefully it will be ok.

We are sorry to hear that Evri delayed your parcel, and we would appreciate a direct communication while the issue with the courier is ongoing to be able to help and resolve the matter. Chilled items are packed with ice packs and in thermofoil and can last few days in transit, but in any case we are happy to help if any issues arise upon delivery.

While on holiday to Crete I was recommended a red wine by a restaurants wine waiter. It was excellent. I searched for it on return and was amazed to find Agora had it in stock. Same vineyard, same vintage, ordered Monday delivered Friday.

Incredible service from Agora
Incredible service from Agora. The food was amazing especially the Greek yoghurt which was the best I have ever tasted, and all delivered the next day. Packed beautifully with ice packs round the fresh food. Can't recommend highly enough.
