I really like this idea to do the course . The course provided. Some slides are supported with some illustration. On top of that, little quizzes are provided to recall our memory back for particular topic.

Just follow the video evidence provided. They are not very complicated. They will give you feedback somehow to fix it.

The support and assistance that I received to help me with completing the course when under significant pressure was greatly appreciated.

It was easy, good quality information, good referencing and linkage to other added material.
Although one slight thing is that, when using the link to see the Govt acts and legislations you actually have to go to another site and TRY and navigate your way around those sites( which are never wasy at the best of times).
Instruction on video evidence clear,concise. Multple choice test concise, End of each section test clear and relative.
Hardest part was downloading the evidential videos.....took forever.

Some questions are tricky. But luckily i managed to get it correct for final attempt.

I spent a week doing this course waiting for them to grade it. Passed everything including redoing videos.
To be told that because I shot the videos in a domestic kitchen that I failed the course.
Now without the qualification I can't work in a commercial kitchen. I also can't apply for the food licence for the commercial kitchen I have purchased what a waste of time.

Now I have been a chef for 26 years and this is really bad.

Course is outlined and structured very well and easy to learn!

Great course very easy to follow and l like that if you need to you can go back and review what you have learnt.
Lots of information so it cover all areas of working in a kitchen.
