I am disappointed with the Food Handler Course I purchased, as the information on your website and advertisements was misleading. It indicated that I could complete the course with video assessment or a family observer.

However, I later discovered that an observer with at least 10 years of food handling experience is actually required. This requirement was not mentioned in your promotional materials, which led me to believe I could complete the course without this specific observer.

Due to this unexpected requirement, I am unable to complete the course and cannot obtain a refund. I feel frustrated by the misleading information, as it has resulted in both wasted time and money.

I recently completed the RSA course offered by Australian Institute of Food Safety and I must say it was an incredibly insightful experience. Resources are good quality, easy to access and use via the portal, plus downloads are available. The assessments for each module are self-grading and you get a few attempts.

The final assessment process for checking workplace observations was speedy and statements of attainment were issued immediately.

It is a meaningful training with great quality and useful resources. It's great to have access to the learning material for a year so I can refer and refresh my learning. I am happy that AIFS takes it serious and by the way straightforward.

The new all online format for food safety certification couldn't have been more straightforward and convenient. Very thorough lessons/chapters followed by the exam. Easy peasy and set up for the student to succeed.

AIFS have done an incredible job with this online food safety training. The courses were outlined and detailed for easy understanding. I have optimum control of own pace in the portal, I was able to take notes and repeatedly return to the courses as much as I want whenever I wish to go in dept. I am overall satisfied. Highly recommended!
