I am a volunteer bar person at our local RSL. The RSL opens each Friday afternoon for 3 hours and we serve alcoholic drinks so a RSA qualification is required, even when the time is limited. I found the course to be straight forward, but was worried about performing on video. I enjoyed both modules and also received good advice when I encountered a problem.

I loved the self paced learning. I was able to come back to the course at my convenience. It wasn't too easy meaning it wasn't just a tick and flick experience. I had to learn & listen as I went and I learnt a lot!

I needed the certificate urgently, and the Food Safety First team was very helpful in getting it to me on time. They answered my calls promptly and supported me throughout the entire process. It was especially helpful that I could speak with the same person each time, so I did not have to explain everything from the beginning.

Great content

Streamlined and simple. Short videos for the Responsible Service of Alcohol placed me in the zone. Can be a bit slow in some parts but that is OK. Helps the info sink in.

I have just purchased a food trailer recently and do not realise that I needed to do the Food Safety Supervisor course. Going into it it was very stressful due to all the stresses of opening a business but the format of the course is done very good. I found it contained a lot of commonsence but also very informative. I will definitely let people know if they are requiring this course. Thank you for a great experience in learning.
