Buildr builds AI agents and automations for small and medium-sized businesses. We take over the repetitive work that keeps a company busy but not growing: answering emails, processing invoices and receipts, preparing quotes, writing content in your brand voice and keeping customer contact flowing on email and WhatsApp. Everything is built around the systems you already use, such as your accounting package, CRM, planning or mailbox. No new platform to learn and no licences per user. A first automation typically goes live within a few weeks, runs in parallel with your current way of working until you trust it, and is monitored by us afterwards. You get a logbook of everything the automation did, clear limits on what it may decide on its own, and one person to call when something needs to change. What we build most: AI agents that read and answer incoming mail, invoice and receipt processing straight into your bookkeeping, quote preparation from free-text requests, newsletters and blogs that follow your house style, inspection and field apps that turn photos and voice notes into finished reports, and workflow automation between the tools you already have. Buildr is based in Amsterdam and works with clients in the Netherlands, Spain and Ecuador in Dutch, English and Spanish. Verbindende en kundige AI-agent bouwer

Luca hielp ons met het strakker zetten van onze EEAT-marketing inspanningen door het maken van een AI-agenttool. Met name het (achter de schermen) verbeteren van de inhoud van de blogs deed hij heel erg goed. Hij luistert goed naar de feedback en koppelt altijd snel terug. De veranderingen die hij heeft aangebracht op basis van de feedback zijn altijd volledig en helder. Hij staat altijd voor je klaar en is heel duidelijk in welke stappen en voor hoeveel geld de gewenste functionaliteiten worden gebouwd. Dat doet hij op een heel verbindende manier.

I worked with the team to build a finance tool

I worked with the team to build a product to help organize finances for a production company in Suriname. What stood out was the way they approached the process — structured, clear, and easy to collaborate with throughout. So far the results have been quite good, though it's still early days, so I'm curious to see how it performs long term. Would recommend if you're looking for someone who takes automation seriously.

No complicated technology for the sake of technology, but smart solutions that truly move companies forward. The vision, expertise and drive from Buildr are turning AI and automation into practical solutions that genuinely help businesses work smarter and grow.
For our hotel Inti Sisa, Buildr solved the communication problem we had for years with the right automation. A young company with a clear vision, impressive talent and, in my opinion, a very bright future!
