Taif Al Emarat Perfumes Avis 

I’m writing this review to warn others about my very disappointing experience with Taif Al Emarat at Festival Mall, Dubai.

I purchased a pot that was already opened and only 1/4 full. I contacted the store by email and phone, and they told me to come by. Since I live in the Netherlands, my friend went on my behalf. Unfortunately, the staff did not believe him and almost dismissed him. Only after asking for the manager — and a long discussion — they agreed to replace the pot.

However, when my friend asked to open another “sealed” pot in the store, that one was also open! And now, the new replacement pot I received is again only 1/4 full (see attached pictures).

I’ve sent another email but never got a reply. That’s unacceptable and very unprofessional.

I expect Tail Al Emarat to send me a new, sealed, and full replacement pot to my address in the Netherlands. I hope this public review finally gets their attention.

To other customers: check your items carefully before leaving the store.

The first time i bought parfumes from them in 2021, the parfumes were longlasting and great! The second time i bought the parfume V08, i thought it will be the same parfume that i bought back in 2021 because it is the same code, but unfortunatly, they have changed it completly! I texted them and they confirmed that the parfume has changed! So they suggusted to send it back with a friend going to dubai from denmark, and i said that i don't know anyone! So why don't i ship it, they said shiping parfumes to europe is expenssive..so i asked for compensation...and they said sorry!
The other parfumes does not last for more than 10 mins tops! NOT worth the money, NOT going back again!

Great perfumes. I ordered from their website which ships from the UAE to UK. Took a week to arrive and I didn’t get custom charged.

I have used 2 bottles of T09. Been my absolutely favorite fragrance and always very long lasting. Been asked many times about the perfume I wear.
Just a week ago bought the 3rd bottle. Quality is nothing like it used to be. It's a water with a fragrance. Doesn't last even 10 min. Shame Taif Al Emarat for selling 75 ml water for 520 AED!
In the store i tested T12 and spread a bit from it on my jumper. Today a week later took the jumper out of the wardrobe and the nice smell is still there. What's wrong with T09?? I want my money back. No one would be happy paying such a price for water.

Unfortunately, i had a pretty bad experience with Taif al emarat. I bought something in the Store at the Marina and ordered online during the Ramadan Sale to germany. I texted them before the order and they confirmed a couple times that i dont have to pay any duties or taxes if i buy 3 fragrances. The shipping to germany was also over 100 Euro. I still have these messages. So far so good, fedex refused so deliver my parcel for a couple weeks because there was no receipt in it. So they asked me to send them how much i paid so they can determine the amount of the duties, Its 19 percent to the EU to germany.
A couple Weeks Later, fedex and customs want 102,97 Euros from me.
So i Text my contact at Taif al emarat and referred to to previous Statement, saying them that they should pay that.
What do they do? Put the blame on me, say that they have sent them a Fake receipt with lower costs so the taxes arent that high (which is illegal By the way) and said Its my fault because i have sent them the real receipt.
They also Lied a couple times in our Chat and say they dont pay anything even though they promised it. Stay away from this Company, they dont keep their promise and they Are treating me, a customer, pretty badly and dont even respond to my messages anymore

Iam really disappointed from taif al emarat v08 ,
The seller said if the fragrance wont last u can go and return the product in any outlet of taif al emarat store
I swear fragrance doesn't last for 5mins also as iam using it from yesterday,
Tiaf al emarat cheated me like some fraud,
I'll never buy or suggest it to anyone

I have tried T09 from Taif Al Emarat Perfumes. It was lovely with a different scent.
Try their best perfumes from the Taif collection,
