Grundsätzlich verlief die Bestellung bei Aimn soweit gut. Ich hätte die Qualität der Ware etwas besser eingeschätzt, sodass alle bestellten Kleidungsstücke wieder retourniert wurden. Die Retoure dauert tatsächlich sehr sehr lange. Bei weitem länger als bei anderen Dienstleistern. Meine Retoure habe ich am 03.12.23 verschickt und bearbeitet wurde sie erst am 19.12.23. Fälschlicherweise wurden mir dann 2x die Rücksendegebühren berechnet, obwohl ich nur eine komplette Bestellung (3 Teile) retourniert habe. Ich wendete mich an den den Kundenservice und bat, eine Rücksendegebühr zu löschen. Nach 5 (!!!) Minuten erhielt ich bereits eine Antwort und das Problem wurde gelöst! :)
Alles in allem verlief es dann doch recht problemlos, jedoch wäre super, wenn die Retoure etwas schneller ablaufen würde.

Returns take up to 3 weeks to process as stated in our terms and conditions. During the busiest time of the year, it can be extra delays and we are grateful for understanding and patience.

Regarding the return shipping, it sounds like you registered several steps in the return instead of one and then it will also be read as several unique returns.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear your aim'ns have not arrived yet. I can not see you contacted our support team about this matter? We shipped it the day after you placed the order but I can see there is some lacking information in the confirmed address that probably affects this shipment. Last information from DHL is that this is placed at a DHL facility FRANKLIN PARK. DHL Express have not contacted you?

The worst service

The worst service.. original delivery took ages, the company received my return two weeks ago and still have not issued my refund. My first response from customer service did not even try to resolve my query, my second response said they have processed my refund four days ago but this is not true as I have not received any money or any email notification regarding a refund. Nothing is being done to help me or resolve my issue.

Of course sorry to hear you feel this way. We can not see here if you order was delayed, only that you ordered 26th November. If you do a return this takes up to three weeks to handle which is also stated in our conditions. Therefor our support team can not just handle it faster. We see your return is handled and if this is paid with credit card it may take a few banking days for you to receive the money. Otherwise we guarantee our support team will check again.

We always wants to help the customer in best way possible and of course we don´t want to make the processes more complicated than necessary.

Due to the fact that you ordered during our busiest period of the year with Black week and high demand for both warehouses and delivery companies, we ask for your understanding that delays are normal.

Rücksendungen sind eine Katastrophe!

Ich habe nun schon zum zweiten Mal schlechte Erfahrung mit einer Rücksendung bei aim'n gemacht.

Nach meiner ersten Rücksendung habe ich mehrere Mahnungen von aim'n erhalten. Ich musste den Kundendienst also eigenständig darum bitten, meine Rücksendung in ihrem System zu hinterlegen, damit ich keine weiteren Zahlungsaufforderungen inkl. Mahngebühren erhalte. Das hat zumindest dann auch geklappt.

Bei einer weiteren Bestellung mit ebenfalls einer Rücksendung kam es leider zu einem gleichen Szenario, nur dass diesmal das zurücksendete Päckchen nicht auffindbar wäre, obwohl ich einen Nachweis für meine Rücksendung gebracht habe. Ich erhalte demzufolge weiter Mahnungen und soll einen Artikel bezahlen, den ich nicht behalten habe. Scheinbar läuft bei aim'n intern einiges nicht so, wie es sein sollte.

Ich würde daher auf keinen Fall wieder bestellen!

P.S. Die Mahngebühren aus der ersten Rücksendung durfte ich trotzdem zahlen, weil der Rückversand nicht kostenlos war!

Sorry to hear this of course but we don't understand this feedback if we can not see this particular case you refer to. We don´t have any known issues with returns not being handled.

If you have been in contact with our support, they have probably explained to you that the return takes up to 3 weeks to process. Very rarely do we hear that this is handled within this time and above all not if you followed instructions and used our return label.

If you are missing a refund, it probably hasn't been more than 3 weeks yet. Right now, all terminals are also heavily loaded and shipping companies may have some delays after black week campaigns that have been.
You can always also report a return to Klarna in case the invoice is not due.

Horrible return!

Everything else was fine, but what’s up with the return? How do you not provide normal return? At least tell it more clear when buying your product! You deliver to US but return is by your own cost and it costs a lot! Crazy how this big company doesn’t provide normal returns with return label!

Never again

One of my most favourite online stores. My last experience was absolutely disgusting. Ordered some lovely things on Black Friday Sales. NZ Post returned to AIMN because they were unable to deliver (even with contacting me and me advising where to deliver to) contacted AIMN who couldn’t find my returned Parcel and was told that I would need to re-purchase and at full price!!! And that my items were no longer available. So incredibly aweful as bought for my daughter for Christmas. Have asked for a call from someone to discuss. No call. Terrible customer service and I will not at all be returning to buy anything further

Of course very sorry to hear that your package was returned. This happened for some reason and unfortunately we cannot control this process with NZ post. We tried to locate it at our ware house but didn´t and not even sure this will arrive back to us. We have said in several emails that we will help you get a refund for a package you never received, and we have also said you are offered to reorder these products for the same price as in Black week.

Again, it is very sad when circumstances happen along the way with a package and hope you understand that is not something we wish to happen. Also sorry to hear you don´t feel we have helped you best way possible here. We wanted to solve it fast so you could order again to get this in time for Christmas. We have promised you the price reducing but must be needed afterwards since the black week-campaign is over. But still something we have promised you.

Of course we only want our customers to receive their order!

Beställde en jacka - Anorak den 17 augusti som ännu inte dykt upp. Helt värdelöst. Enligt mail med aimn så verkar det vara en "bluff-sida" SÅ HÅLL UTKIK så att ni inte också drabbas av någon SCAM!!!!!

Har du varit i kontakt med vårt support som inte hittar nån order i våra system har du ju tyvärr varit utsatt för nån av de bluff-sidor som dessvärre finns. Tyvärr är det omöjligt för oss att kontrollera dessa eller att nån lägger en order från en sådan. Bara beklagligt!

Every pair of tights that I have order has been everything that you said they would be , I started ordering from this site since 2020 and every pair of tight is like the first time I received them. They wash great and they fit just right . I love them

Great items worst customer support if something is wrong

Honestly I wish I could write a better review. I love the products, always have. I did an order during BFCM (so yes I expected delays and even potential mistakes) but when it arrived it was missing 13 items.

I promptly let customer support know, and explained that I would really like to get the missing items. Instead the support person seemed to not read my response, gave me a refund (for the wrong items too - I had clearly detailed them and their quantities in my email). I then responded letting them know that the items they had refunded were incorrect, and that I actually really just wanted a replacement of the missing items in my order.

The lack of comprehension from support staff really needs some work. I get its peak and everyone is busy and mistakes happen, but repeatedly ignoring what customers are actually saying in emails gets tiring through repetition.

This may be my last time buying and supporting aimn as it’s really soured me getting an order that I was so excited for.

Of course super sad to hear that you had such bad luck with items that were missing in your order. See you ordered multiples of many of the products and our warehouse must have made a huge mistake in not shipping them all.

We do not have a system where we can resend the products but have to refund you the missing items. In this case you were also unlucky that many of these was sold out if you wanted to re-order.

Unfortunately, our support has no other option than to correct the order according to what you received. We have also taken this very seriously and are investigating with our warehouse what happened and why.

If there are still any ambiguities or misunderstandings about the refund, please feel free to email our support instead, as it is difficult to resolve here.

Again, we understand how sad this was for you and respect your feedback. We also hope you can have a better feeling next time <3

Kommer aldrig mer handla hos Aimn

Kommer aldrig mer handla hos Aimn. Jag beställde på rean den 16/11, betalade och inväntade mitt paket. Idag 27/11 fick jag ett mejl att de felsorterat mitt paket och gjort en återbetalning. ”Hoppas du kan lägga en ny beställning”, eh jaha så det jag beställde finns kvar i mina storlekar och pengarna kommer tillbaka direkt?
Aldrig i livet att jag lägger en ny beställning.

Hej Julia, tack för din feedback. Förstår ju att detta är supertrist såklart. Om paketet är felsorterat av fraktbolaget kan vi ju tyvärr inte råda eller styra över det. Vi måste följa då reklamationen mot fraktbolaget och återbetala dig ordern. Är plaggen slutsålda så är det verkligen beklagligt men samtidigt svårt att skicka något om är slut. Pengarna får du såklart tillbaka för den saknade ordern. Vi hoppas såklart också att man kan göra en ny order och hitta andra fynd.

Topp kvalitet og kundeservice

Tidligere bestilt turtøy, men nå også en vinterjakke. Vil si klærne er verdt prisen. Utrolig god kvalitet av det jeg har kjøpt! Scorer spesielt bra hos meg grunnet rask og veldig god kundeservice i tillegg.

Quality clothing as always
