Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht vom Kundenservice von aim’n.
Ich hatte eine etwas komplizierte Situation mit einer Rücksendung über eine DHL Packstation, bei der das Paket aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers offenbar im System „verloren gegangen“ ist und nicht nachverfolgt werden konnte.
Trotz dieser unklaren Situation hat sich der Support sofort gekümmert, den Fall ernst genommen und mir wird ohne Stress oder Diskussion die gewünschte Größe im Austausch zugeschickt.
Die Kommunikation war durchgehend freundlich, schnell und lösungsorientiert. Man hat wirklich gemerkt, dass hier Wert darauf gelegt wird eine gute Lösung für mich als Kundin zu finden, selbst wenn es kompliziert wird.
So einen Service erlebt man heutzutage nicht mehr oft – daher eine klare Empfehlung!

Very poor quality
I've ordered a sweatshirt, a pair of sweatpants, and a jacket from aim'n, and while I love the design, the quality has been very disappointing. For the price you pay, I expected top-quality sportswear, but it turned out to be of similar quality to what you can buy at any mass-market store for a fraction of the price. After several washes, the sweatshirts and pants look worn and old. I won't order from them again.

Mäßige Qualität. Leider kein guter Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Folgendes Erfahrungen gemacht:
- Jacke schon nach paar Monate tragen bekommt die Poliesterfüllung nach und nach raus.
- Die Sporthose aus Poliester, die Laufmadchen bekommt.
- Von den Sportschuhen habe ich nur Füßeschmerzen bekommen.
Leider kann ich die Marke nicht empfehlen.

Auch die Qualität stimmt einfach: Die Sachen fühlen sich hochwertig an, sind gut verarbeitet und halten lange. Für mich definitiv eine Marke, bei der ich immer wieder gerne bestelle.

Leuk merk, mooie kwaliteit
De levering duurde bijna een week, gezien de kritische recensies maar 2 artikelen besteld, gelukkig waren de maten goed, de recensies over de maatvoering waren hierbij behulpzaam. Mooie kwaliteit en goede pasvorm. Fijne ervaring dus met deze webshop!

Vi har efterfrågat mer information om din order men utan svar. Vi har letat efter den konversation som matchar ditt namn och situation och ser att du frågat om ett snabbt byte.
Det hanterade vi genom att vi svarade dig att vi sett att paket är på väg och kan därför skynda på processen så att en ny storlek skickas inom kort. Detta är också signerat med en person och inte via en chatbot.
Vi hoppas såklart det snabbare bytet känns som ett bra sätt att hjälpa dig på och ville också att du skulle förtydliga om vi kunde hjälpa med något annat. Självklart ledsen om vi missuppfattat något.

Het retour proces is slecht en traag!
Het bestellen was gemakkelijk, de levering was snel! Erg mooie sportkleding besteld. Ik ben erg lang en ze hebben Tall sportkleding. Doordat ik meerdere maten heb besteld. Had ik ook retouren. Netjes via de site. Het kost 6 euro. Omdat ik 1 artikel niet had aangevinkt heb ik contact gezocht. Netjes reactie binnen 1 werkdag. Ik mocht het gewoon retour melden en bij de retour meezenden. Echter is het verwerkingsproces heel erg traag en slecht. Mijn retouren waren allang afgeleverd maar het werd niet geregistreerd en ik kreeg geen ontvangst mail. Via DHL kon ik de tracking in de gaten houden. Ik heb wederom contact gezocht. Ik kreeg bericht dat ze niet gearriveerd waren. Ik heb uiteindelijk de afgifte bewijzen van DHL doorgemaild. Om toch echt te bewijzen dat ze zijn aangekomen. Pas daarna is de verwerking van de retouren gekomen. Ik wacht nog steeds op aanpassingen van de bedragen in Klarna. Dit maakt wel dat ik niet snel iets weer zou bestellen als ik niet zeker weet of ik het ga houden. Ik hoop dat het goed komt. Ik ben wel heel erg blij met de kleding die ik gehouden heb.

However, we are sorry to hear about the uncertainty regarding the processing time of your return. We would like to clarify that our standard return processing time is normally 3 weeks from the date you hand over the package to the carrier.
When tracking your return via DHL, the status 'Delivered' indicates that the parcel has arrived at a central distribution terminal, rather than our final warehouse destination. From that terminal, there is additional transit and handling time before our team can manually register and process your items.
If these 3 weeks have passed and your Klarna statement has not yet been updated, please reach out to our support team again. We are more than happy to investigate the delay further and ensure everything is corrected for you. Email our support at hello@aimn.com

Fantastic quality but shaping of tops could be tweaked
Fantastic quality, material and designs. They dont hang or slip like the stax and crz yoga brands do. Ive bought from aimn a few times. Their tights are my go too.
And its also warm yet breathable, especially their mid and 3/4 tights.
**My only feedback is the longsleeve top and the black and white jumper hugs around the neck too much which isnt comfortable. A V shape near the neck would be much better where it still covers the whole chest without hugging around the neck. **

Ich habe einen Pulli und einen Sport-BH bestellt und die Sachen kamen nie an. Mir wurde die letzten Wochen mitgeteilt, dass Aimn in Kontakt mit DHL steht, um das Paket ausfindig zu machen. Ich habe keine Entschädigung dafür erhalten, daher kann ich nur vom Shop abraten.

Ordering process is a swift. Delivery is fast! Size is consistent with the rest of Aimn tops I already owned, except the one shoulder top which is half a size too small. Also, the bra pads are really too thin. I can see my n*****s through them.

Sorry if one top felt smaller or see-through in this lighter color. The fabric is designed to be slightly more compressive than the other models to ensure it stays in place, given the one-shoulder design.

Fantastic fit
I’ve been a Lululemon fan for many years but the set I just bought from Aim’n beats it. The shape seamless leggings are a fantastic fit that offer great shaping to the booty and abdomen. And the long length is perfect for me as a tall woman. And this activewear not only looks great but is super comfortable. Very happy with my purchase!

I’m genuinely disappointed.
I love the product itself, but the customer support completely ruined the experience and made sure I won’t be ordering again.
I made a mistake with the delivery address (auto-filled from my card) and contacted support as soon as I realised it. Instead of any real help, I received a polite-but-cold reply saying they can’t change anything, that it’s not their responsibility, and that if the parcel is returned, the shipping costs will be deducted from my refund.
So basically: no solution, no attempt to help, no ownership — just a reminder that I might lose both the product and part of my money. Wrapped in emojis and “have a lovely day”.
What’s most frustrating is that contacting support actually made things worse. I would have been better off staying silent and just hoping for the best. That’s a terrible sign for customer experience.
Mistakes happen. Good brands help you fix them. This one clearly doesn’t.
Great product. Very poor service. I won’t be buying again.

Can’t believe it I have spent over $200 on my order I received only the confirmation email of my order and nothing else it’s been over a week so I email still no reply I find aimns number ring them had to deal with the rudest worker in my life she did not want to help me at all come to find out my parcel has been delivered (I don’t have my parcel) I have had no dispatch email no tracking number no delivery email nothing the number I rang for aimn told me there’s nothing they can do and I have to wait for aimn to email me back iv been waiting 3 days still nothing iv lost over $200 and have no clothing that I ordered what a rip very disappointed who will remedy this situation because iv have never ever brought off line and had no dispatch or tracking number
