Klantenservice/Customer experience is heel erg slecht

Schoenen besteld en deze zijn door de bezorger ergens anders afgeleverd. Meteen langsgegaan en er was geen pakkers dit gemeld bij AIm’n nadat de bezorgdienst gecontacteerd heb. Hierop kon ik geen service van Aim’n verwachten, wel een reactie dat ik zelf verantwoordelijk was voor waar het bezorgd is en werd terugverwezen naar de bezorger. Ik kon niks van Aim’n verwachten als klant ondanks dat ik hierdoor geld kwijt ben. Inmiddels 4 e-mails verder en Aim’n gewezen op de Nederlandse wetgeving. En ineens zijn ze hiervan op de hoogte en willen wel meewerken. Maar… in plaats van in actie te komen en mijn geld terug te storten, wederom een formulier sturen dat ik moet invullen alvorens ze überhaupt bereid zijn mijn geld terug te storten. Het gaat hier niet om de klant, aangezien er geen enkele klantgerichte actie vanuit Aim’n geboden is. Zeer beschamend om zo met klagen om te gaan. Zo wil je niet als merk in de markt bekend staan dat je 0 klantgericht bent.

We are very sorry to hear you didn´t feel we have helped you. When we reviewing our email conversation, we can’t find any instance where we’ve said that we wouldn’t help you in this situation.

According to DHL tracking, the parcel was delivered to your address (and possibly a neighbor, based on your DHL delivery settings). We have asked you to check with both neighbor and DHL for a clarification and hopefully locate this parcel instead.

To file a claim with DHL, we simply need your signed confirmation that the parcel wasn’t received – this is required by DHL before they can investigate.

We’ve never refused to help, replace, or refund your order.
Since you did not want this to be send out again we have refunded you.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope we do a new try with ordering in the future.

Köpte till min sambo

Köpte till min sambo. Visade sig vara fel färg men fick väldigt bra service och det var enkelt att göra byte. Jag är nöjd med servicen och min sambo är väldigt nöjd med sina tights.

Es gibt keine kostenlose Rücksendung…

Es gibt keine kostenlose Rücksendung nur 25 % Rückerstattung oder alternativ die nächste Bestellung ist kostenfrei.
Man kann die Ware nur auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken was ich stark bemängele.
Ich achte jetzt pinibelst darauf das ein Kostenlose Rücknahme gegeben ist, wie ich es auch gewohnt bin wenn mal was nicht passt oder nicht den Erwartungen entspricht.

In your case, we first asked for more details about your order but haven’t received a response. We suspect that what you describe may not be based on an order placed directly with us.

- Return is not free, if you live in Germany it cost 5 EUR. Size exchange is free though. Of course we refund full amount as long as you send back items in a sellable conditions. Information about 25 % in refund or free next order is nothing we inform about in our conditions.
- Return is sent with DHL and goes to our warehouse in Sweden. Not to China. This is also not correct and according our processes.

We are sorry hearing about a negative experience. However, we would like to point out that it’s important to ensure the feedback refers to the correct brand/website so that reviews remain accurate and fair.

For us, feedback is very important.

In your case, we first asked for more details about your order but haven’t received a response. We also suspect that what you describe may not be based on an order placed directly with us.

- We have EU standard on sizes and the common feedback from our customers is that we are "normal" in size. Our guides online is a good tool if you are uncertain.
- Returns cost 5 EUR but are not sent to China. They are processed via DHL using the return label we provide my email, and the package is sent to our warehouse in Sweden.

Sadly I have to cancel my order because the tariff from USA was too much but everyone on aim’s was kind and helpful, was resolved in no time.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased a item from their line via ASOS. It took forever to get to me, and the return was 4 weeks to get refunded! I wrote to them and they didnt even bother to come back to me. This is completely bad form and customers service. These company fail to understand without customers you do not have a business. Don't get too high on your horse, you start treating your customers like they are not needed.Treat your customers with gold, or your business dies out. Work of mouth is everything and I will be sure to tell others to avoid this brand.

If I get a reply back from you, saying you are sorry, you are not sorry. Sorry once, you fix the issue, sorry twice and its on purpose and you are not listening to your customers.

You can see why you are rated with a 3.2. Poor service and brand.

I contacted you via email and your chat box and received no response, not even after 48 hours. If your chat service cannot provide timely support, it should be removed entirely rather than wasting customers’ time. Whats the point of a chat box?

It is completely unacceptable that I am being asked to return the item to your company instead of ASOS, who is managing the order. This unnecessary step creates confusion and frustration. Why on earth do I send it back to you when I buy it from ASOS? Your accountability is shocking. Why do you list on ASOS and then I have to ship directly back to you? Doesn't make sense in the least.

What is most alarming is the complete lack of empathy in your responses. Statements like “We understand your experience hasn’t been positive, but we hope this clarifies our part in the process” focus entirely on your procedures rather than acknowledging the inconvenience and stress caused to the customer. A genuine apology is entirely missing.

This is not how a business should treat paying customers. Your 3.2-star rating on trust pilot is a clear reflection of systemic issues with your customer service.

We have tried to review and understand this situation, and to figure out which part of this bad experience we may have caused.
We also contacted you after seeing this review to understand and clarify any misunderstanding.

Since the purchase was made via a partner (Asos), it’s important to clarify what is our responsibility:

- Process your order correctly, with correct products and deliver to the given address (tracking shows it was delivered the next day).

- Handle returns within the set timeframe (which we did).

- Even if customers should normally contact Asos support first, we are always happy to assist where we can.

Our support is via email only (in your email you mentioned phone). Your message reached us through chat (not live chat) in the evening and we replied to you the next morning. 

The return terms and refund process are managed by Asos. The parcel arrived within the timeframe, and the refund was activated yesterday – it should be processed within a couple of banking days. If not we hope Asos support team will assist you. 

We understand your experience hasn’t been positive, but we hope this clarifies our part in the process.

Ich muss jetzt einfach noch eine Bewertung schreiben, weil ich mal wieder nur positives Feedback geben kann. Ich habe mittlerweile bereits 5x bei Aim'n bestellt und war immer sowohl mit der Lieferung, Bearbeitung der Retoure und dem Kundenservice sehr zufrieden. Letzte Woche wurde mir leider eine verschmutzte Teddyjacke schicken, sollte nicht sein, kann aber mal passieren 😊 Der Kundenservice hat sich super schnell bei mir zurückgemeldet. Die Reklamierung/Retoure wurde innerhalb weniger Tage bearbeitet. Ich bestelle weiterhin gerne bei Aim'n ❤️

Alltid elsket tightsene, men nå blir det nok å kjøpe et annet sted.

Alltid elsket tightsene, men da jeg opplevde at kvaliteten var forringet og passformen ble dårlig etter 8-9mnd, var det ingen forståelse å få. Jeg fikk beskjed om at det så ut til at jeg hadde bestilt for stor tights og jeg er innefor alle målene på den angitte tightsen for størrelsen jeg valgte. De stod likevel fast ved at det var min feil og ingenting galt fra deres side. Har en eldre aimn tights og ikke hatt problemer med den, i tillegg en annen fra Bara som jeg har hatt i 5år som fremdeles er like god etter MYE bruk. Utrolig kjedelig fra en så stor aktør.

Fikk en kupong på "goodwill". Nydelig passiv aggressivitet. En som ikke burde arbeide med kundeservice her.

Sendt forhåpentligvis siste mail nå, med spørsmål om skjema for reklamasjon.
(Konsumentköplagen (2022:260) sier at man kan reklamere innen 3år på feil og mangler ved en vare, og kreve pengene tilbake eller ny vare).

Vi försöker alltid göra en så bra bedömning vi kan utifrån informationen vi mottar från kunden. Det kan behövas fler bilder eller andra förtydligande för att underlätta. Vi tittar såklart på storleksval och tidigare ordrar för att kunna skilja ett produktfel och val av storlek åt då detta är två skilda saker. Då brukar vi oavsett aldrig lämna kunden missnöjd och nån form av kompensation kan lämnas.

Om du tydligt kunna visa att du tidigare beställt samma storlek men dessa tights inte förändrats på det sätt du beskriver så låter det ovanligt och märkligt om vi nekat detta. Hatte große Hoffnungen in die…

Hatte große Hoffnungen in die Sportbekleidung von Aim'n. Als diese ankam, war ich jedoch total enttäuscht. Die Teile waren von minderer Qualität. Hosen und Oberteile teilweise aus sehr dünnem Stoff, durchsichtig und Oberteile mit Cups sahen total komisch aus. Viele Sachen haben auch einfach sehr aufgetragen, was man mir Gymwear ja eigentlich auch nicht erreichen will.
Für so eine schlechte Qualität und Passformen sind die Sachen auch zu teuer.
Ich hätte mir nicht vorstellen können, in diesen Hosen Kniebeugen mit Gewicht zu machen. 😵‍💫

Habe alle Teile zurückgeschickt und muss trotzdem 5 Euro Retourenkosten zahlen, die bei vielen Online-Händlern zurecht bei Komplettretoure erlassen wird.

Of course, it is sad that you have experienced that the products you bought do not have the quality you want. Our fabrics are usually not experienced as see-through, but light fabrics will never be possible to cover altogether. If it was the fabric would have had to be very compact and thick and not experienced functional and possible to exercise in. If you want a covering feeling, always go for black.

We do not offer free return but appreciate your feedback.

Without knowing which styles you bought, it is sad if you were not satisfied this time.

Qualität gut- Kundenservice Katastrophe

Die Qualität der Artikel ist sehr gut. ABER! Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer unterirdisch….die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises hat fast 7 Wochen gedauert. Das finde ich nicht Kundenfreundlich.

Ribbade tigths

Varit trogen kund länge nu och köpte senast ett par svarta ribbade tigths och upplever de mycket tunnare än tidigare samt genomskinliga -vilket varit aimns styrka, att de inte är genomskinliga i baken. Men nu börjar jag tveka och klura på om det är nytt material..? Besviken.

Tack för din feedback. Såklart trist om du upplever att nån skillnad på tyget. Det är dock samma version som tillverkats sedan release på ribbed seamless tights sedan 2019 så inga justeringar ska ha gjorts med tyget/designen.

Det är också ovanligt med feedback om att de upplevs genomskinliga.

Misleading Website

I’m honestly so incredibly disappointed with this company. First time buying - found a jacket I absolutely loved - it’s in stock, great! Purchased it. Just over 24 hours later, order has been cancelled due to being out of stock.
Okay, no worries - check website and still says it is in stock. Contact their customer service to ask about it as I really wanted the jacket. They said to add the jacket to my Wishlist to get a notification when it will be stocked as they frequently have returns (a bit odd but okay).
I couldn’t do that as it says the item was still in stock. I contacted customer service again, they said "Thank you for getting back to us!

Unfortunately, we’re not able to take any action on our end regarding this. If you see that the size Medium is in stock again, we kindly recommend placing a new order directly through the website.

Let us know if you need any help with that 💛"

So to clarify I replied "Totally understand!

So to clarify, it says it is in stock at the moment, should I then be placing another order? Or will it be cancelled again?
Sorry I’m just very confused.

To which they then responded with “Thank you for reaching out!

Our inventory is continuously updated as we receive returns, which is why you're seeing the Anorak available again. We would recommend placing a new order, as it's very likely that it will go through this time.

Amazing! I was so thrilled to hear, so I placed another order. 6 hours later - cancelled AGAIN. Again saying the item is out of stock but is still showing as available on their website.

This has been ongoing now for a week since placing my original order. How on earth can a company not have a grasp over their inventory? But more importantly- told their customer to place another order for them to cancel it again.
I am so incredibly disappointed, 1. Because I actually was really excited to buy this jacket 2. Because I was told to place my order again and spend the $150+ again for my order to be cancelled again and out of pocket awaiting my refund AGAIN.

I contacted customer service again and received the below reply "We’re so sorry this happened to you again. We will look into this further, as we believe it may be an inventory error on our website.

If you’d like to place a new order, you can use the code ----- to receive 30% off one full-priced item.

Sorry again! 💗"

As of this morning, the website is still saying the jacket is in stock - someone explain HOW?
It is incredibly misleading to have inventory available for over a week now that is not able to be purchased. It is even MORE misleading when the company itself says for you to place another order for them to cancel it only hours later - again.
While I appreciate the discount code, why would I want to purchase another item if there is yet again another chance it will be cancelled?
There is absolutely no trust that any item that is "in stock" on their website - is actually in stock. Even if you want to confirm with their customer service - they don't even know either!

Oh to make matters worse - when I placed my order yesterday (as they told me to) my funds for the item was held (pending) in my account. They cancelled the order and the funds were released to me. I then wake this morning to find they have charged my account? So now I have to wait for my money to come back, again!?

I really wanted to love this brand after the recommendation to purchase this item - but I absolutely do not recommend anyone to buy with confidence from them as they more than likely do not have the stock!

thank you for sharing your feedback. It is of course very sad to hear about your experience here. Having to cancel an order and refund a customer is of course something we also consider bad and want to avoid happening.

As our support team has already said, we are really sorry about how this stock problem has created confusion and canceled purchases. As we also wrote, we have taken it up with our team who need to check what is wrong and our order system is obviously not synchronizing with our website's stock balance.

This jacket has unfortunately been out of stock for some time and it is likely that returns on a few jackets have updated the stock, but since the demand for it is so great, the balance is not updated quickly and well enough.
More of this will arrive during the 2026 season again and even if the recommendation to "wishlist" it has caused problems for you, we still hope you can do a purchase of it when more arrives.

We hope the code can otherwise be used for something else.
