Of course we are sorry that you feel that the bra did not fit you. Many of our bra variants have removable inserts and in light colors it can be more visible that there are inserts than in a dark color.

I originally had trouble ordering

I originally had trouble ordering - using my rewards along with the sale price. It took a day or two to resolve the issue along with several emails. The time difference plays a big part of the service. It eventually was addressed. I wish the communications were better. It makes a stressful experience.

However, our final reply was delayed mainly because your last message came in on a Friday, and our support team is closed over the weekend – which meant we couldn't confirm the matter until Monday.

Our goal is always to respond within 24 hours on weekdays, and our ambition is always to assist you in the best possible way.

Order geannuleerd door aim’n

Bestelling geplaatst, 4 dagen later gezien dat het pakket is opgestuurd en dat mijn Klarna bedrag is aangepast. Blijkbaar was er 1 item niet op voorraad. Zonder verdere mail met uitleg/excuus moeten constateren dat een deel van mijn order dus niet gaan komen.
Op de website is het item gewoon nog op voorraad, dus 2e bestelling geplaatst waarbij ik dus 2x €5 verzendkosten moet betalen. Geen goede ervaring en ik zal hier niet opnieuw bestellen.

Abzocke!!!

Habe bereits eine Bewertung abgegeben und als Antwort von Aimn bekommen das man von ihnen immer eine Antwort innerhalb von 24 Stunden erhaltet und ich soll mich erneut an die genannte Email Adresse wenden. Das hab ich vor ungefähr einem Monat (nach bereits mindestens 20 Emails davor) erneut gemacht und wie erwartet wieder keine Antwort! Unglaubliche Frechheit! ACHTUNG ABZOCKE!

There are no unhandled or unanswered emails left on a weekday that are older than 24 hours. On a Monday it may take a little longer to get a response as we are not staffed during the weekend but it is only during major sales periods and holidays that this is even affected.

So please check that you have emailed correctly or check for replies in spam. Even a full inbox can affect the possibility of receiving an email

We have no other ambitions than to help our customers in the best way we can.

The customer service experience is honestly terrible.

I reached out right after placing the order to fix the size — no reply. When they finally answered, it was like talking to that annoying friend who always has an attitude. Super unprofessional. I actually like the products, but the people behind the brand? Not at all. It totally ruins the experience.

Update:
After I posted my review, I received several emails from the brand. I told them clearly they should work on their systems to allow changes or cancellations, but instead, they defended themselves saying “the best companies” don’t offer those options — which is simply not true.

I also explicitly asked them not to contact me again, but they ignored that and replied anyway with a long, passive-aggressive PR message — polite on the surface, but clearly crafted to justify every failure without taking real responsibility. It honestly felt like they just wanted to look good publicly and have the last word.

And here’s what they don’t mention:
I had ordered a matching set — a top and pants in the same rare color. Only the top was delivered. When I complained, I made it clear I didn’t want to keep the top without the pants, because I had bought it specifically as a set.
They eventually agreed not to charge me for the top.

So no, it’s not true that orders “can’t be modified” once confirmed.
They can — but only when it benefits the brand, not the customer.

I genuinely love their products, but the people behind the customer service feel completely unprofessional — and that ruins the experience.

We truly did our best to assist you in the situation that occurred. You contacted us after your order had already been confirmed and sent to our automated warehouse. As we handle a large number of orders every day, it is unfortunately not possible for us to manually retrieve a single order—this is also clearly stated in the order confirmation, in the auto-reply, and on our website.

Your message came in on a Friday after our customer support hours, and we responded first thing Monday. Our auto-reply was sent immediately with information explaining that confirmed orders cannot be canceled. We’ve carefully reviewed the entire email conversation and feel that we responded politely, informatively, and with a genuine intent to help within the limits of what’s possible. We’re truly sorry if you perceived our tone as unprofessional or personal—that was never our intention.

You also had the misfortune of one of the items in your order being out of stock. As a gesture of goodwill, we let you keep the remaining item at no cost and issued a refund accordingly.

We understand that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Still, we hope you enjoyed the products and that we’ll have the chance to give you a better overall experience in the future.

Retoure sehr problematisch

Leider wie die meisten, habe ich ein schlechte Erfahrung mit der Retoure. Die Ware kam mit Flecken und die Ware hat nicht gepasst. Ich habe die Retoure noch am Tag der Abholung eingereicht und kein rücksende Etikett erhalten, obwohl laut Konto, die Ware für die Retoure registriert wurde.

Es ist nicht Kundenfreundlich, bei der Retoure Probleme zu machen. Das sieht sehr nach Betrug aus.

Thank for feedback but important to clarify some points to not misunderstand the procedure.

Really sorry to hear that you received a product with dirt. We check all our products and ensure that they are all sent to the new customer in a fully sellable condition. It is very regrettable if this was missed in your case.

If you have registered a return over a weekend and entered that the product was dirty, this will instead be handled as a claim and we will respond to you separately with a return slip. This is also informed directly in the registration. If you did this over the weekend or last Friday (when we were closed due to midsummer) we will respond the next weekday.

If you ordered from aimnsportswear.de, you have absolutely not been the victim of fraud, but this is handled professionally according to the steps you have chosen to take. If you send an email to hello@aimn.com, they will also respond to you within a maximum of 48 hours

Utrolig dårlig kundeservice

Oppdatering:
Skulle gjerne lagt inn screenshot av hvor passiv aggressiv og frekk kundeservicen er per mail. Aldri vært bort dårligere kundebehandling enn her. Kommer aldri til å handle igjen, og fraråder alle andre det samme. Skriver med store bokstaver, skylder alt på kunden og spydige kommentarer. Bra måte å ødelegge sitt omdøme på!

Utrolig dårlig kundeservice - de snakker bare svensk og svarer ikke på noen av spørsmålene jeg faktisk stiller. Dessuten er mamma-buksene supersmå i str. Jeg bruker til vanlig maks S, og her er M kjempetrang, uten at jeg har gått opp i str i lår. Rundt magen er de kjempesmå og jeg har ganske liten mage enda, men kan ikke bruke buksene. Veldig synd.

Schönes Design

Kundenservice ist menschlich und ist bemüht sofort zu helfen.
Mir wurde immer innerhalb von kürzester Zeit geantwortet.
Wir sollten freundlich miteinander umgehen. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind auch nur Menschen die ihren Job machen. Ich hatte leider ein wenig Pech und hatte ein defektes Produkt, allerdings wurde dies nun geklärt und ich habe eine Lösung mit dem wenigsten Aufwand bekommen. Ich werde einem anderen Modell nochmal eine Chance geben. Ich habe herausgefunden das wir ca 40 km von mir einen Sportladen haben wo ich das Produkt anprobieren kann. Das werde ich nochmal versuchen denn das Design der Leggins ist wirklich sehr schön gewesen.

Furchtbar mit Retouren!

Retouren Service ist furchtbar!
Habe über ASOS bestellt, es wurde aber direkt von Aim‘n versendet. Habe eine Sache zurückgeschickt, die angeblich nicht bei Aimn eingetroffen ist und lauter Mahnungen erhalten.
Ich habe tatsächlich vor meiner Bestellung gehört, dass Aimn mit Retouren und Kundenservice Probleme haben soll… und bin echt genervt, dass ich darauf reingefallen bin.

Kundenservice & Retourenprozess MISERABEL

Ich bewerte hier ausschließlich den Onlineshop - die Produkte liebe ich, werde sie aber aufgrund meiner schlechten Erfahrung nicht mehr dort kaufen.

Wie schon zu Beginn erwähnt, sind die Produkte absolut schön und qualitativ nicht zu missachten.
Jedoch musste ich nun leider ein Teil zurückschicken und ich bin dermaßen enttäuscht von dem Retourenprozess.

Nachdem ich meine Retoure auf den Postweg gebracht habe, kam diese bei aim‘n laut DHL Sendungsverfolgung einen Tag später an.

Drei Wochen passierte erstmal gar nichts. Dann schrieb ich eine Mail an den Kundenservice.
Erhielt die Nachricht und die Bitte, mich noch etwas zu gedulden, der Prozess würde 3 Wochen dauern.
Daraufhin nochmal eine Woche gewartet und wieder nichts gehört.
Nun habe ich einen Fall bei PayPal eröffnet und erhalte prompt einen Tag später die Nachricht (Mail) dass ich den Fall schließen muss, da mir ansonsten mein Geld nicht zurücküberwiesen werden kann.
Das ist absoluter Blödsinn und grenzt an BETRUG!

Habe nun den Fall an das Konfliktmanagement weitergeleitet.

Also für Alle, die vorhaben bei aimn zu bestellen, kann ich nur empfehlen, dann nichts zu retournieren.

Wie kundenfreundlich bzw. entgegenkommend dieser Onlineshop ist und ob es den Stress wert ist, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Ich war jedenfalls gute Kundin. Bin nun aber raus!

We can't say exactly which order this applies to, but if there have been delays in the return, we apologize for this. Everyone who has had to wait and who contacts us, we will help manually of course, as it is not the customer's fault if delays have been created.
However, we have a return policy that states that it can take up to 3 weeks to deliver and process the return at our return center and we should first take this into account before we can manually process it

When we activate the return in our systems, the payment method used in the order is activated. If you have then created a dispute in Paypal before we have, it will unfortunately block our connection and the signal to them. We have probably also already contacted you via hello@aimn.com where we ask you to close the case with Paypal to open up the possibility of sending the signal again. These are the rules for how the systems "talk to each other" and as soon as you have closed your case and confirmed it to us, we can activate a refund in no time.

We hope you do so we can help you further instead.

Bin absolut begeistert

Bin absolut begeistert! Ich habe schon etliche Marken ausprobiert, aber noch nie hat eine Leggings mir so gut gepasst. Das Material ist robust und gleichzeitig super angenehm und dehnbar ohne dabei auszuleiern. Da ich aktuell schwanger bin, habe ich mir nun noch eine Umstandsleggings der Marke bestellt und auch diese hat wieder meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich bin 1.78 groß, weshalb Hosen und Leggings bei mir oft Hochwasser haben. Das ist hier zum Glück nicht der Fall (kürzer dürften sie allerdings auch nicht sein).

Die Rücksendung ist eine einzige Katastrophe, ich hatte ein E-mail geschrieben, geantwortet wurde gar nicht. Eine Rücksende Etikette wurde mir leider auch nicht zugeschickt. Dann kamen für die Sendung noch 25.86 Zoll Gebühr von diesen wurden bei der Bestellung auch nichts erwähnt. Schrecklicher Onlineshop

We don't know your order number or full name, but we don't miss answering any emails as long as you emailed hello@aimn.com. We usually respond within 24 hours with some deviations sometimes.

It sounds like you live in Switzerland since you mention customs and then the conditions are the same for all customers, which can also be resolved in our terms and conditions for returns and purchases. It is something the customer pays for themselves and you also don't get a ready-made return form via the system.
We are really sorry about the bad experience regarding this and understand that it is costly with the return. But the conditions are as stated.

Regarding the handling of the return you may have sent to us, you can send an email to our support team with the tracking number and we will look into it further.

Tveksam kundupplevelse

Tveksam kundupplevelse. Beställde hem deras ”rumptights” i flera varianter. De satt jättefint, men under andra träningspasset gick det hål på knät. Hade väntat mig bättre kvalitet för den pengen. Vid reklamation erbjöds jag först bara ett par nya tights, vilket inte kändes aktuellt efter att de första gått sönder under andra användningen. Stod på mig och fick okej på full reklamation med återbetalning + ånger av oanvända tights, och skickade tillbaks alltihop direkt. När fakturan sedan justerades hade enbart kostnaden för ånger/retur justerats, kostnaden för de reklamerade tightsen låg kvar. Jag var tvungen att maila dem igen, tre veckor efter senaste kontakt, för att få reklamationen ordnad och fakturan rättad. Jag kan tycka att det är undermålig kundservice att jag som kund ska behöva ligga på och hålla koll, när det uppenbarligen är deras varor som inte håller kvalitet. Att jag dessutom får stå för returfrakt när det rör sig om en reklamation blev droppen. Inte värt the hassle.

Vi har tittat på konversationen och ser att vi erbjöd dig ett byte på dem. Men när du ville returnera dem var det inga konstigheter för oss om du hellre önskat återbetalning.
Vi försökte verkligen via vårt svar också lugna dig med att vi ville hjälpa dig och hantera reklamationen.

Det är beklagligt att du inte fick reklamationen hanterad tillsammans med övrig retur och det berodde på ett missförstånd med vårt returteam som inte förstod att detta faktiskt var en medskickad reklamation där vi kommit överens om att den skulle återbetalas istället.

Nån returfrakt har du inte fått betala utan allt blev återbetalat så fort vi fick veta.

Igen verkligen ledsen att höra din upplevelse och vi har full förståelse när du haft otur med en reklamation vilket påverkar din känsla. Vår vilja var bara att hjälpa och vi har upplevt vår dialog som bra och förstående och väldigt trist om du upplevt vår service som något annat.

Regarding the pink set we have also asked for clarifications. Since the order is a year old changes can appear and this can also be affected by how you washed the clothes. This is an important factor for keeping the clothes in a nice and good condition over time.

We saw this conversation where you seem to have placed an order with an incorrect address. We explained to you that an already confirmed order cannot be stopped or changed but have referred to the fact that UPS can be contacted for further assistance once the order has been on its way.

We do not agree that you did not receive help as we tried to guide you through detailed and courteous answers on how to solve the problem with UPS and it is sad that they in turn were unable to help. However, it is after all the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address in the order and if it is wrong, we are limited but we will always help you as best we can according to what happens next. For example, if this had been returned, we would have of course quickly cancelled the order so you could have ordered again.

Now we see that this appears to be at a UPS service point where you can pick up your order. You should also have been notified of this by UPS and we will now also email you the tracking link from them.

We hope everything is resolved one way or another.
We will always help you as best we can to the extent we can.

Poor customer service

I used to be a big fan of this brand, but unfortunately, my recent experience has changed that.

I purchased a pair of leggings that broke in a very unusual spot, something that clearly resulted from poor material quality rather than wear and tear. At first, I thought it was an isolated incident, but I also noticed that the top I ordered in the same shipment felt surprisingly cheap and not up to the standard I had come to expect from this brand. I didn’t bother returning it since returns aren’t free, so I decided to resell it instead.

My experience with customer support was also disappointing. The tone and professionalism of their communication left much to be desired; this seems to be a pattern based on the responses visible on their Trustpilot page. Even though the leggings were only a few months old, I was told they couldn’t be replaced. Thankfully, I hadn’t paid full price.

All in all, I believe there are other brands out there that offer not only better product quality but also a more respectful and reliable customer experience. I was initially happy to support a European, women-led brand, but it's unfortunate that the production standards don't seem to match the values they promote with manufacturing still happening in Asian countries. :)

We took a look at this situation and the feeling was that we had good understanding for the situation and each other and that the tone was warm and kind.

We clearly stated that we were sad to see this hole in the tights, and we’ve tried to explain the difference between a production fault and damage caused by external factors, which can happen accidentally. The hole shown in the photo seems to be from something getting caught, rather than a fabric defect.

We always stand by our product quality and take responsibility when there’s a clear defect. However, we also understand that opinions can differ, and we respect that you’re dissatisfied.

Regarding the top you mentioned, we didn’t receive any information about that and are sorry we didn’t get a chance to help earlier.

As the tights were bought during our final sale, we couldn’t offer a replacement. Instead, we sent you a discount code matching the sale price as a goodwill gesture.

We’ve reviewed our communication and feel we responded with understanding and respect and only in a friendly tone, and our intention was never to be dismissive.
