Die Abwicklung von Retouren ist die…
Die Abwicklung von Retouren ist die reinste Katastrophe und die Größen sind nicht konform. Die Rücksendung kam laut DHL bereits einen Tag nach dem Versand bei aimn an, doch mehr als 1 Woche später habe ich immernoch kein Lebenszeichen vom Unternehmen erhalten. Ich wollte die Waren gegen andere Größen umtauschen, es würde mich aber nicht wundern, wenn diese nach solch einer langen Bearbeitungszeit vergriffen sind. Nachdem ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben habe, kam eine Nachricht, dass mein Paket jetzt eingetroffen wäre und die Bearbeitung ein paar Tage dauern würde. Das ist echt ein Witz. Ich werde nie wieder direkt bei aimn bestellen. Wenn es beim nächsten Mal überhaupt von dieser Marke sein muss, dann nur über schnellere Onlineshops.

Of course sad that you feel this way.
You can read all the information about our return policy in several places on our website and in the FAQ. The return email you receive immediately after registration states that the return time can be 3 weeks. In the same email it´s also stated, that you are welcome to write to us if you have chosen an exchange and we will handle it faster. We understand that it is easy to miss the information but as soon as you contact us we will be happy to help you.
We understand that you have seen that the return arrived at the terminal quickly but this is just DHL's stop before it goes on to our return center. Regardless, we have stated the return time and ask for your understanding that it can take up to three weeks for transport and handling.
We are of course working to make handling faster and want customers to experience both fast deliveries and returns.

I have ordered 3 times already and I love the cloths. I’ve read here some bad comments about the woolen item, but you should be aware that wool must be washed only cold and by hand, my woolen items are ok. The fabric is nice and soft, it is perfect for outdoors and gym

aimn‘n kenne ich seit 2017 und war immer mit der Marke begeistert. Es ist außerdem ein sehr vertrauenswürdiges Unternehmen. Vor kurzem hatte ich über asos Artikel bestellt und retourniert. Den Beleg mit der Sendungsnummer hatte ich verloren. Ich habe die Situation dem Kundenservice erklärt. Mein Anliegen wurde sehr schnell bearbeitet und ich bekam am nächsten Tag die volle Rückerstattung für meine Retoure. Vielen Dank an aim‘n‘s Team.

Lieferung und Retoure hat funktioniert.
Die Leggings ist aber leider qualitativ nicht so hochwertig, wie ich es mir für 70€ erhofft habe.
Sie rutscht außerdem während des Trainings.

Sorry that the tights did not fit the way you wanted.
It can be tricky finding the perfect fit or size in tights. The material is elastic and forms and since you always activate yourself in tights the size matters. We recommend you always go for the smaller size if you pick from two.

Jag beställde xl svarta shape smooth body countouring, Mina referenser sen innan är billigare leggings från budgetkedjor.
Jag tycker dom sitter ok, men hade önskat mer stöd i midjan (hög midja på dessa) där är dom väldigt elastiska medan i rumpan mer tajt. Kommer behålla men tycker inte dom är prisvärda riktigt. Om man har större midja och mindre rumpa än mig hade dom nog suttit lite bättre kanske.

Vi har en modell som heter Black shape tights men inte som: shape smooth body countouring.
Vår modell får väldigt mycket bra feedback om att de sitter upp i just midjan och känns nästan lite komprimerande i tyget då det är rätt kraftigt och formar fint. Det är alltid viktigt att storleken blir rätt för den optimala och bästa passformen. Beroende på kroppsform behöver man prova två olika men generellt sett rekommenderar vi alltid att man väljer den mindre när man man väljer mellan två just för att elastiska material töjer och formar sig och man vill såklart att tightsen sitter på plats.

Fra nettside til virkligheten av produktet, er to helt forskjellige ting..
Gjentatte ganger da jeg har bestillt fra aim´n, må jeg alltid returnere varene. Dette fordi bildene av produktet og presentasjonen, er noe helt annet enn det du får levert i postkassen. Fargene på klærne på nett er helt annerledes i forhold til virkligheten. Bildene deres viser lysredigerte produkter, slik at fargen man forventer å få ikke er den samme som det du faktisk får. De er mye lysere. Dette er skikkelig shipt og unødvendig. Det er heller ikke lett å finne frem til å legge igjen en vurdering av buksen jeg bestillte på hjemmesiden.. Alt i alt, føler man seg som kunde lurt.

Våra team gör ett stort jobb för att alltid skapa en så bra bild av våra produkter som möjligt. Både vad det gäller färger men också gällande plaggens funktioner och material. Tillsammans med våra produkttexter hoppas vi man som kund ska känna att göra ett tryggt köp.

Ich habe bei aimn bestellt
Ich habe bei aimn bestellt. Bin auch super zufrieden bis dahin. Die Lieferung kam schnell. Habe einen Teil der Bestellung behalten und ein Teil ging zurück. Die Retour ist laut dhl bei aimn am 4.2. eingegangen. Leider warte ich bis heute auf meine Rückerstattung. Ich bekomme immer nur eine automatische Mail, dass eine retour bis zu drei Wochen dauern kann. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung lief es deutlich schneller, da hatte ich meine Rückerstattung bereits eine Woche später. Bis heute bekomme ich leider nur automatische Antworten und warte immer noch auf mein Geld. Sehr ärgerlich.

Die Kleidung fällt sehr unterschiedlich und teilweise auch sehr eng und klein aus. Auf ihrer Homepage schreiben Sie, dass sie aus umweltfreundlichen Gründen 5 Euro Rückversand nehmen. Ich habe angefragt, ob ich aus Umweltfreund Gründen meine Rücksendung in ein Paket zusammenfassen kann. Das geht aber komischerweise nicht. Also frage ich mich hier, ob es wirklich umweltfreundliche Gründe hat, 5 Euro zu nehmen oder eher reine abzocke ist.

Thank you for your feedback about your purchase and your experience with the return costs we charge.
We tried to explain to you that we can understand what you mean by being able to send multiple packages together for environmental reasons. The environmental aspect is part of why we have return shipping, but there are also others.
However, the reason why you cannot send multiple in the same package is because each order has a unique ID that is scanned into our return center. It is important that the right package has the right content so that the customer receives their correct refund. This flow is very automated and modern in order to be able to have a fast and secure handling. It is only for the customer's best interest.
We hope that next time you will not have to make many purchases close to each other and that we will be happy to help you find the size to avoid returns and having to order a lot and several times.

Es sollte einem bewusst sein, dass man Liefer- und Rücksendegenühr zahlen muss für den Fall, dass ein Produkt nicht passt. Sind bei mir 10 Euro für nichts. Würde ich nicht noch einmal nutzen wollen.

Jag valde ett annat ombud än det som var förinställt. När paketet sen skickas så stod det ändå fel ombud. Jag skrev till företaget att ni har gjort fel och jag har inte möjligheten att hämta på den platsen som de nu skickat till. Då försöker man skylla på mig att jag gjort fel trots att det står i min orderbekräftelse att det ska till det jag valde. Nu ligger paketet på fel plats och de vägrar svara mig efter att jag sa att de borde dra tillbaka de paketet och skicka ett nytt. Uruselt skött!!!

Vi ändrar inte ombudet man valt i en bekräftad order. Vi kan inte gå in och ändra fraktvalet rent generellt. Men har man valt ex Budbee eller Instabox är det lätt att välja ny box där och troligt det vi rekommenderat dig.
Om du mailat till hello@aimn.com svarar vi alltid kunden och vi vägrar självklart inte hjälpa nån. Men vår möjlighet att ändra något eller göra något ogjort kan vara svårt. Om inte box gick att ändra går det i retur och då hjälper vi dig självklart med att få ordern hanterad och du kan lägga ny.
Vi hoppas det blir en fullträff nästa gång.

Können es angeblich nicht stornieren o. ändern
Auf der Bestellseite wurde durch die Auto-Fill-Funktion eine falsche Adresse eingesetzt. Ich habe die Adresse manuell geändert, aber die Änderung wurde nicht übernommen, sodass die Bestellung nun die falsche Adresse enthält. Habe es gleich gemerkt und noch in der selben Minute dem Support geschrieben. Dann kam die Antwort, dass die Sendung schon raus ist und ich die Bestellung nicht stornieren oder die Adresse ändern kann. Jetzt soll ich dafür zahlen, wenn die Sendung wegen Unzustellbarkeit zurück geht. DHL hat mir auch gesagt, dass die Bestellung nur angekündigt ist d.h. sie wäre zu 100% noch stornierbar, dieses Scam-Unternehmen möchte bloß nicht.

Thank you for your feedback and of course it's sad that your package was returned due to the address.
We obviously don't make up if the order you placed cannot be canceled. Our logistics team handles the package quickly and among thousands of other packages, yours will be sent to the specified address.
We can't stand for what DHL told you, but its not possible for us to change the address on this type of shipping service. DHL return the package as soon as it can't make a complete delivery. It will automatically be returned. But it is NOT possible to cancel the package if it is already on its way. Again, we would never make this up.
Of course, for us, it is not good that packages is sent if they are returned anyway. It will only be costly for us and a bad experience for the customer.
We help as much as we can in such a situation and as we probably told you, you can write back immediately when you see that the package is being returned and we cancel the purchase so that you can instead place a new order with the correct address. This is the fastest way to solve.
We are not a scam and would never knowingly create such an experience for any customer. Next time we hope the address is correct and that you get a complete delivery.
