Horrible customer service
Customer service is so horrible I can’t even believe it is real. I ordered wool pants and they were a good fit on me when I tried them on. I washed them before first use and after that they were too big on me, so the fabric loosened up because of the washing. I contacted them to tell about the situation and asked if they could help with this problem. They were completely ignoring everything I said. First they responded that the pants shouldn’t have shrunk if I washed them correctly (even though I just said they loosened up) and when I corrected them for that, they answered that it is my fault because I didn’t try them on when I got them (even though I just said I did and the problem was the fabric loosening up, not that I didn’t try them on). I corrected them again and asked if someone could take me seriously for a moment and actually read my reclamation and after that they shut off the conversation and didn’t respond. So no one ever responded to me for what I actually said. I feel like they intentionally act like they don’t even know how to read so they don’t have to take responsibility. I didn’t even insist to get anything for compensation, I just asked them to actually read my reclamation.

We have thought the size was a problem for you and that can happen all customers. These is a different between a faulty product and picking an incorrect size.
We may have misunderstood something and have not seen this case as a claim or fault. You have not shown any picture and only described that they have stretched out.
We always try to find solutions for customers.
Please continue typing in our email support and we hopefully find a solution for you in the end.
Horrible, will never order again and do not recommend
I ordered two pairs of sneakers, but one arrived with incorrect size labeling (both shoes were different sizes) and wasn’t the size I ordered.
I returned the item, and three weeks later, I still haven’t received any updates or responses from them.
1. The products are low quality—might as well order directly from Shein since it likely comes from the same factories.
2. Their customer service and return process are absolutely appalling.

Bad customer service
Bought pants from retailer but asked help first directly from the company. the new pants had a hole in them after one use. they accused me that I had broken the pants myself with some sharp object:(
(” but this is not where the label is placed? You must stuck with something sharp there”)
why would I have taken pictures of the hole and sent them to customer service if I had broken the pants myself? I was left feeling guilty and had a bad experience.

Of course very sorry to hear you had bad luck with a defect pair of pants.
If we seen the picture of the fault we have made a first impression of it and if a hole appear in the middle of the fabric this is most likely never a claim but instead bad luck. We never say a customer do this deliberately but have been unlucky in that case. We always try to respond to what happened with humility and understanding but at the same time must have rules that apply to everyone.
In addition, if you did not buy it directly through us, we cannot assess the complaint or resolve it. We must therefore refer you to where you bought them.

Trasiga produkter och dålig kundservice
Jag är oerhört besviken på Aim'ns kundtjänst och deras hantering av min reklamation. Ett par leggings som kostar 800 kr borde hålla hög kvalitet, vara väl förpackade och i perfekt skick. Tyvärr mottog jag leggings med en stor reva över låret.
Under en hel månad har jag försökt få en rimlig lösning via deras kundtjänst, men istället har jag bemötts med falska påståenden och ovilja att följa svensk konsumentlagstiftning. Enligt lagen har jag rätt att reklamera en defekt vara inom två månader, men de hävdar att reklamation endast kan göras inom ett dygn (!) – vilket är helt felaktigt. Jag kontaktade dem dessutom bara några dagar efter leveransen, men trots detta vägrar de ta ansvar.
Bemötandet har varit allt annat än professionellt, och jag har nu inget annat val än att anmäla företaget till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Efter flera år som lojal kund och samlare av deras plagg är detta tyvärr första och sista gången jag handlar direkt från deras webbshop. Aim'n har nu förlorat en trogen kund.

Det är såklart supertrist att läsa din feedback här.
Vi hittar dock ingen order som matchar ditt namn och det låter inte heller som en vanlig lösning på hur vi försöker hantera fall med reklamationer mot kund.
Det är såklart alltid viktigt att hitta ett tydligt fel på produkten och som inte kunden kunnat åstadkomma själv även om produkten är ny. Och ibland tar det lite längre tid innan man är helt överens. Vi brukar dock aldrig dra ut på något likt den tid du skriver här samt inte vilja hitta en lösning som också kund tillslut ska känna sig nöjd med.

Customer cheating
Very slow reaction to things and customer cheating.
I changed the size of the product and the exchange was promised in 14 days. I asked the customer service many times that the package will arrive by a certain date, because I'm going on a trip and I won't be able to pick up the product from the post office. I WAS PROMISED that the product would CERTAINLY arrive. The package was sent from this message only several days later and it did not arrive on time, despite the promises. To be honest, I asked about this many more times and I would have canceled the order and paid 5 euros for the order to be canceled. Now I can't pick up the package and I have to pay the shipping costs!!! I am so disappointed in your actions, what a terrible customer service and customer cheating!

It's sad that you feel this way of course but also important to understand return conditions and which factors we can influence and not here. If you choose to travel away for a longer period of time but still asked for an exchange, we can't just "stop" the process or rush the delivery more.
We have spoken to you about this matter.
You wrote to us 5 days ago first time. Then we immediately clicked through your exchange but didn't ensure you about what day it would be delivered. Just that we will send your exchange as soon as we can.
We understand that situations can affect if you can receive an order or not, especially around Christmas time, but if you can't receive the new order and it goes back, this case does not justify a free return.
We respect all types of feedback but it's sad that you experience this as something bad when we only clicked through an exchange as soon as we spoke to you. If we had known earlier, a delivery before you left would have been more possible.

I was so excited to receive my seamless ribbed tights but I am so disappointed. They fit fine, the material is nice, but they constantly slide down, and the waistband constantly flips over - so i'm constantly pulling them up and adjusting the waistband at the gym.

It sounds like your tights can be too big if you if you need to pull them in waist.
Our elastic fabric adjust and forms so its important you always pick the size you feel is enough tight on you. If you go from two sizes its better you go for the smaller one.

Hohe Rücksendekosten, schlechte Abwicklung
Die Größen fallen komisch aus, selbst mit den Maßen abgemessen passen die Sachen nicht. Die Unterwäsche hat keine gute Qualität. Eine Rücksendung kostet 5 Euro und das Retourenlabel kann man nicht mal an einer Packstation ausdrucken. Soll man jetzt extra dafür in einen Copy Shop rennen ?!
