Experience returning products
I returned 2 items, one they returned the money right away and the other one was tag wrongly (from their side) and they couldn't find it. After some back and forward emails they found the product and returned my money back.

Ich warte seit drei Wochen auf mein Paket. Weil die Verpackung beschädigt war, würde es von einem Verteilerzentrum wieder Retour geschickt. Aimn reagiert Null auf meine mehrmaligen Bitte, zu recherchieren, was da los ist, sondern schickt nur generierte E-Mails. Auch auf meine Bitte mir die Bezahlung zu refundieren wurde nicht reagiert. Ich werde ohne weitere Lösungsvorschlage zurück gelassen, mit der Bitte um Geduld. Nie wieder!

First of all, very sad to hear if anything happened with your order. We cannot influence if the package is returned because it is damaged in transport. In that case, the package appears with us and our returns team will refund you the products that are included.
Don't know which auto-generated emails you're referring to because there shouldn't be any. Could you have spelled your email address wrong to miss updates on your order?
What address did you email when you contacted our support team: hello@aimn.com?
Feel free to do so and we will of course solve this right away

Vaatteet ovat suht arvokkaita, mutta ei niinkään hinnan väärti. Mm. Treenitrikoot ratkesi ekassa treenissä. (Usealla eri merkillä huomannut trikoiden laadun huonontuneen). Sekä takit ja housut tuntui vähän heppoisilta. Panostaisin ennemmin ihan kotimaisiin vaatteisiin, ulkovaatteissa eritoten. Aspa ei ollut mikään maailman paras, kun tuli kielimuuri eteen. Se ihana ystävällinen ote asiakkaan ongelmaan jäi pois nopsaan. En vastaisuudessa tilaa välttämättä tästä yrityksestä.

Great but not the best. The material feels very thin and uncomfortable. I ordered my normal size (M) but it still feels too tight, I will have to return them unfortunately.

These tights are very soft and also adjust easily after your body. We recommend them mostly for yoga and everyday-wear. We hope this size will feel much better a few usages and you keep them of course!

Fick hem en defekt jacka.
Rapportera felet inom mindre än 30 dagar från det att jackan mottagits. Nummerlapp kvar.
Defekt på innertyget som håller på att spricka samt hål och lösa trådar från både sömmen och ur tyget.
De godkänner inte reklamation.
Enligt deras hemsida har man rätt att få returnera och få återbetalt, eller själv beställa på nytt.
Företaget vill att jag ska behålla jackan och reparera hos en skräddare. Inte okej.
Synd att man inte kan bifoga bild på jackan här.

Såklart väldigt trist att du behöver göra en reklamation på den.
Vi ser att det finns en dialog med vårt support team där vi föreslagit en lösning på hur vi kunde kompensera dig för felet om du behöver laga det fel som varit. Men har inte nekat nån reklamation.
Du har fortfarande rätt att reklamera den istället om du hellre önskar.
Men vår vilja var såklart att hjälpa dig och att du i så fall kunde behålla den om du hellre velat - mot en kompensation såklart.
Är säker på att ni hittar en lösning som kommer passa dig i slutändan. Ledsen igen för det som hänt!

Utrolig dårlig kundeservice/ingen retur
Utrolig dårlig service. Vi skulle sende i retur en gave vi hadde gitt bort,men det gikk ikke.
Lenken vi skulle fylle ut virket ikke, jeg prøvde den flere ganger uten at den virket.
Jeg ble jeg akutt syk og det ble noen uker før jeg fikk prøvd lenken med retur igjen. Denne gangen også samme resultat.prøvde påfølgende dag samme resultat. Fikk tilslutt sendt en e-post fikk til svar at fristen for retur var nå gått ut.
Jeg prøvde å forklare på ny hva som hadde skjedd. Svaret var jeg kunne bare videreselge den på Finn eller til bekjente,for de kunne ikke hjelpe meg.
Jeg skal aldri kjøpe noe fra dette svindlerfirmaet her igjen….
Dere sier nå i deres svar at jeg har brukt en annen e-post dette er rein løgn jeg har bare en e-post og det er den jeg mottok ordren på.

Det är verkligen trist att höra om det som hänt dig. Och att tightsen inte passat som önskat såklart.
Det var ju dock inget fel på länken i sig. Anledningen till varför det inte gick att logga in berodde på en annan mailadress du använt och hade vi fått ett mail tidigare hade vi instruerat och guidat dig i detta.
Det var rätt många dagar som passerat inom returrätten och därför svårt att göra ett undantag och villkoren behöver vara samma för alla kunder.

slam dunk
I ordered two pairs of leggings from aim’n and one longline top. All items were a slam dunk. I got a ribbed set in dark green. This set is more cozy as the material doesn’t have a ton of compression but it is soooo soft it feels like a second skin. I also ordered grey shape seamless tights and these are incredible. They are high compression and fit like shapewear in the butt while also not creating a roll at the top. I feel beautiful in them!! Will be ordering more. I ordered smalls in everything and I’m slim built 5’6 and 135 lbs but i just had a baby so hoping to slim down more in the next few weeks. I think a medium legging in the ribbed fabric would have been better for my current body. The seams over the hip area dig in on that thinner fabric that doesn’t have compression so they aren’t as flattering on a non-toned postpartum body!

Great experience
Although at first one product was missing, when I let them know they quickly offer either to refund me for it or send it. And when I told them I wanted the product, they sent it the same day. And as I live in Canada, they also pay the entry taxes for it.
Great communication and service. I also love the products.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Die Sachen sind sicherlich schön. ABER der Größenleitfaden ist irreführend und der Rückgabeprozess ein großer MIST. 5 Euro Rückgabegebühr und ewig lange Wartezeiten bei Umtausch. In der heutigen Zeit sehr rückständig wie ich finde.Rate davon ab.

Expensive import duty
I’m from Montreal, Canada. I love my new aim’n bike shorts and bra, I really do. But I was kind of upset when I received the DHL notification for Import duty. I know it’s written on the site but I had to paid $54 canadian once my package arrived at YUL. Sezane and other international companies pay for this. Unfortunately, I won’t buy from aim’n again.

Sweden has great products
Sweden has great products, and this did not disappoint at all. Both my daughter and myself felt like the look and the quality were both superb! I will definitely buy from Aim’n when I need more leggings!

De kleding vind ik super fijn zitten. Niks op aan te merken. Maar wat ik wel super vervelend vind is dat zodra een retour bij jullie is aangekomen Het zoooooooooo lang duurt voor het is verwerkt en dat je een mail ontvangt dat de retour in goede orde is ontvangen. Dat is echt irritant Een klant wilt zo snel mogelijk zijn geld retour Of in ieder geval wel binnen een week na binnen komst bij jullie van het retourpakket dat hij in goede orde is ontvangen ,en dat het geld zo spoedig mogelijk word over gemaakt. Waarom duurt dat anderhalve week om door te geven dat het pakket retour is ontvangen Staat er 1 iemand die dat verwerkt pfff. Dat houd mij dus tegen om weer te kopen ergens waar dit zoooooo lang duurt . En dat is jammer wat jullie kleding zit fijn . Maar voor mij even niet meer ,misschien als dit proces wat sneller gaat in de toekomst .
