Beautiful design, bad quality
Design of the clothes is beautiful (well designed). But the quality of the fabric or the seams are bad. Not worth of the price. I have same kind of training clothes from many labels, and this problem appears mostly only (in this price range) with aimn products. Doesn’t fulfill the value for their pricing.

Träningskläderna är super men köp inget annat därifrån
Jag absolut älskar Aimns träningskläder, deras tights framförallt är det bästa jag någonsin använt, håller i många år efter att man köpt dom och ser nästan nya ut. Hade dom hållit sig till det dom är bra på hade dom fått 5 av 5 i betyg från mig. Deras hemsida fungerar också jättebra och kundservicen är 10/10. Tyvärr har dom nu börjat försöka bredda företaget och nu gör dom alla möjliga former av ”vanliga” plagg vilka tyvärr inte alls lever upp till standarden som deras träningskläder har. Kvalitén på dessa är som HM fast tre gånger priset… Köpte t.ex en kavaj för ca 900kr som kändes bra i början men nu efter att jag använt den sparsamt i 6 månader har tyget plötsligt flera tråddragningar och noppror samt att knappar har börjat ramlat av… För det priset är det ärligt talat inte acceptabelt och jag kommer nu aldrig köpa något annat än deras träningskläder igen då det inte verkar vara saker som är gjorda för att hålla utan mer slit och släng kvalitet. Förstår inte riktigt poängen med att börja producera andra grejer om inte tiden ska läggas på att se till att kvalitén hålls.

Jeg fikk ikke pakken min, stod den hadde blitt levert. Men da jeg ikke hadde mottatt den tok jeg kontakt med posten. De kunne fortelle meg at den ikke hadde blitt registrert i Norge. Jeg bestilte gjennom klarna og fikk hjelp av kundeservice til å kansellere bestillingen min. Var bare tull med hele opplegget

Tack för din feedback. Såklart supertrist att ditt paket gick i retur. Vad vi kan se hängde vi inte heller riktigt med på varför Bring valde att tillslut returnera den. Som vi också skrev kan vi se att den varit i Norge men därefter vänt till Sverige igen.
Då det går via ett returflöde tillbaka så behövde vi avbryta ordern. Men vi hoppas, du med ny rabattkod för köpet, gör ett nytt försök med bättre tur.
Vi önskar såklart bara att paketet hade varit hos dig redan och att du slapp detta extrasteg. Vi är igen ledsna för det som hänt!

Lange Lieferzeiten und keine Kommunikation über den Kundendienst möglich….bzw. es folgt auf eine Nachfrage nur ein vorgefertigter Standardtext.
Des Weiteren müssen Retouren selber gezahlt werden…das es so etwas heutzutage noch gibt ist sehr fragwürdig und nicht sehr kundenfreundlich.

We have no free return but free size exchanges. Return costs 5 EUR. If you live in Switzerland we can not offer any return label yet though so maybe you refer to this. All conditions are stated on site for more information :)
Bad rude customer service, cheap quality, unfair conditions, rip off
This deserves not even one star to be honest!! If I get such a huge hype about a brand which intends to be high quality and then it turns out to be not better than any cheap Amazon brands... it's really more than disappointing. Pluse the prize...it's so not worth it. And on top of that they want YOU to pay for the return. So basically you are paying 10€ for NOTHING. Throwing money out of the window. Like come on guys, are you seriously about this? Why? So many clients are complaining about this and this company is not even thinking about it to change. All they have in mind is making profit and taking money out of your pocket like any other big brand. And then the customer service is so so rude making you feel like you're stupid. The hype about this brand is not worth it. If the quality would be ok and the customer service, the return policy FAIR fine. But like this? Never gain. There are many other cool active wear brands that deserve it better and more.

Our support team have only informed about the conditions with returns and exchange and no intentions in misleading you or not giving you the information all customers get. We only explain how the return process looks and not in a rude way.
If the fit is not like wanted the costs for the shipping is nothing we refund (size exchange is free). Shipping fees is no profit for any brand.
We understand the shipping and return costs is nothing you wanted to pay and fully respect for that. Again sorry that product you tried was no good for you and of course we hope you find something else you like in the future.

Too many fees + customer service is not so helpful
The pieces have a nice design and colour, however, the Salsa Tee cropped top M has tight arms, which is not well designed compared to the other items, such as the Salsa bodysuit. What annoyed me was the shipping/delivery fees and the total lack of preparation for customer support. The fees should be clear on the checkout and not hidden in fine print. I am still in contact with customer service to have a late fee deducted from my Klarna payment, which they lie saying they cannot remove it (it is not true, only they can talk to Klarna and remove it and it is possible if they want to). Unfortunately, even if they waived the fees, it is still high to consider paying 7 euros delivery fee or 5 euros return fee + having the headache of a messy customer service that cannot talk internally or track the orders returned even if I share the tracking number. Never again I will buy from the shop, too much hassle and fees for gym clothes.

Since you made two orders with both shipping and returns, our support has already helped you refund both of these in both.
Regarding an invoice with Klarna, we do not control or can remove any late fees. Sorry if you should have received different information. A due date is up to the customer to see even if a return is made and aim'n only update Klarna when ar return is received.
In this particular case, we cannot do much differently. The conditions are the same for all our customers and nothing we deliberately want to hide or make difficult for any customer.
Again, really sad that you don't feel that we tried to help you through our customer service based on the conditions this situation made possible <3

Jeg fikk ikke pakken min dessverre, MEN det har vært en upåklagelig kundeservice fra Aim’n. Jeg har fått veldig rask og god hjelp, og det var ingen problemer med betaling. Ja, det var synd at varene jeg bestilte forsvant på veien, men opplevelsen av kundeservicen i etterkant har vært super!

Beställde ett par byxor och en keps med totalt ordervärde på 700kr~
Trots att byxorna (620kr) fanns med på hemsidan så togs dem bort från ordern, istället för att skicka ut och meddela detta och ge möjlighet att avbryta ordern så skickade dem ut kepsen (80kr) med en frakt på 49kr.
Dessutom var kepsen mest troligt anpassad för en belugaval då den hade gått att simma i (på grund av sin storlek)

Såklart väldigt trist att läsa att haft otur med en slutsåld vara. Vi ser att byxorna som varit på rea haft ett felaktigt saldo och vi bara kunnat skicka kepsen. Det är såklart inte önskvärt att behöva reglera en beställning. Det ska dock i mailet om återbetalningen också framgå varför du också fått det.
Ordern på 478 kr fick frakt (fri frakt gäller över 499 kr) men vilket vi såklart kunnat reglera direkt när vi bara skickat kepsen men måste missat. Vi har nu tagit bort den såklart.
Kepsen ska vara reglerbar och storlek gå att anpassa och vi hoppas den ska komma till glädje såklart.
Igen ledsen för den här upplevelsen!

Love the sexy body-con shape
Love the body-con shape of the workout gear! For the trench coat, it fits me well (5'6'' and ordered a size S) - I actually like that it's broader on top as that makes my waist look smaller LOL. If the work out gear would come in eco-friendly plus more breathable bamboo, I'd be in heaven and would make the switch over from bamboo clothing brands (plus give 10 stars!)

Their pieces are super comfortable and very supportive. I love the feel of their quality fabrics and love styling different pieces together. Although I probably recommend going up a size if you prefer less compression. Definitely worth the price.

If you like less compression it may be more comfy to pick a bigger size but remember our fabric contains elastic material and therefor it also adjust and forms and may be perfect for you in the end. Especially if you do high intensive work out and move a lot in the tights :)

I wanted to love these, but the waistband is too tight and uncomfortable, and camel toe is baaaaad like you can see everything. The color is spot on though, so sad they won't work

Thank you for sharing this feedback but of course sad you did not love the tights as much as wanted. The fabric will adjust and form after your body and we hope you feel that size is perfect for you after a few usages.
If XS is your size you should pick this in our tights and not exchange and the elastic material/waist will soon be softer.
