Köpte tights i julklapp till min fru i deras butik på Kungsgatan, som dessvärre var för små. När vi försökte byta efter varit bortresta och var 2!!! dagar sena så vägrar de gå med på ett byte. Det är alltså inte en retur, utan byte till större storlek. Aldrig varit med om sämre bemötande.

Poor quality, not worth the price
Ordered a ski jacket; the pink puffer, and the quality was so poor... For that price you would have expected it to be much ticker and with better lining, but the material felt really cheap and wasn't warm at all. Every other ski brand would be better: protest, roxy, lutha, nikkie, goldbergh, brunotti. Just don't go for this one... Cheap and not worth it.

We have requested additional information to confirm that this order was placed via aimn.com but with no reply.
If you purchased our pink puffer jacket, we are sorry it did not meet your expectations.
This jacket was released as part of our ski collection, but this particular style has more limited technical features compared to what is usually required or expected for skiing.
We always recommend reviewing the product description carefully if you are looking for specific performance features. It can certainly be worn while skiing, but depending on weather conditions, it may require additional insulating layers to perform well in colder or wetter climates.
We do hope you will enjoy the jacket for everyday wear. If you are looking for a jacket specifically designed for skiing, we can warmly recommend our Cortina Jacket or Verbier Jacket, which offer more technical features suited for time on the slopes.

Ich habe am 24.11.25 eine große…
Ich habe am 24.11.25 eine große Bestellung bei Decathlon gemacht. Die Ware wurde jedoch direkt von aimn versendet. Mir hat nichts ordentlich gepasst also ging es wieder Retoure. Per Mail habe ich die Bestätigung der Retoure erhalten, jedoch wurde diese nicht an Decathlon weitergeleitet und ich erhalte nun Mahnungen über einen hohen Betrag.
Ich überlege wirklich eine Anzeige zu erstatten, wenn ich die anderen Bewertungen so lese was die Rücksendungen angeht, grenzt das wirklich an Betrug.

Thank you for your feedback. We are of course sorry to read your message and are a bit unclear as to what information you may have received previously that led to this understanding.
Orders placed via Decathlon are shipped by us, and returns are also ultimately handled by us. However, if you are missing a refund, you do need to contact Decathlon’s customer support.
To better understand this specific case, we have searched for your name and can see that a full refund was issued around mid-December. If this does not match, we kindly ask that you contact Decathlon first so they can investigate this further on their end.
Please be assured that any returns we physically receive are handled correctly and in accordance with our standard return procedures.

The products are great but there is a catch for US buyers.
The products are great and are well-made. However, if you are in the US, you need to know that they will charge you the full price of the tariffs, which can add significantly to the cost. I find this a bit deceitful because it doesn't show up until checkout. Also, if you need to return something, there is a restocking fee. And if you want to exchange it because of the wrong size, their website only has the option of return because it was damaged. Oh, and they want a picture of the damage before you send it. In other words, it is not easy to exchange or return, so be sure of your size, color, etc.

There is an additional cost applied to orders, which is displayed at checkout. The checkout is our primary point of communication regarding your order and provides a full summary of the total costs before purchase.
Regarding what you describe about the return, this sounds like a delayed registration. A return can be registered as a claim/complaint only after 30 days and this requires uploading images.

I bought the rain boots and they are very cool to be honest and they look super nice! I am living in The Netherlands and I have been using in the snow and they were super good! So, I’m impressed 🤩

Ich habe eine Retoure vor ca. 2 Monaten aufgegeben, die bis heute nicht bearbeitet wurde. Ich bin auf allen Kosten sitzen geblieben und bekam per mail im Kundenservice keine adäquate Antwort. Absoluter Betrug!

We are of course sorry to read about your experience.
As previously discussed via email, the reason your return has not been processed is that we have not yet received the parcel. We have explained that the return label created in our return system does not appear to have been used, and that the parcel has not been handed in. As it does not show as scanned at a DHL parcel service point, it cannot be tracked, which explains why it has not arrived at our return centre.
We sincerely hope that you are able to locate a receipt or similar proof confirming that the parcel was handed in. In that case, we would be able to ask DHL to initiate a search for the shipment. Until then, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund for products that we have not received.
Our intention is, of course, only to assist and resolve this matter. The reason we have not been able to do so so far is as explained above.

Mangelhafte Qualität
Habe einen Strickpullover mit Reißverschluss am Kragen bestellt, welcher sich jedoch nur zur Hälfte schließen ließ. Da mir der Pullover sehr gut gefallen hat, habe ich ihn retourniert und neu bestellt in der Hoffnung, dass ich beim ersten Mal einfach einen defekten Artikel erhalten habe. Leider bei der zweiten Lieferung wieder das selbe Problem. Sowas darf für knappe 72€ nicht passieren. Da passt die Qualität leider keinesfalls zum recht hohen Preis.

Kjøpte noe på aimn.com, men måtte returnerte det da passformen ikke var som ønsket. Det har nå gått over en mnd, og jeg har kun fått bekreftelse på at det har kommet til et sieteringssenter. Deretter tar det 21 dager. Etter dette skal de sjekke varene, som også kan ta tre uker etter som jeg forstår. Så det tar vel opp mot 3 mnd før jeg får pengene tilbake. Aldri vært borti en butikk der det tar så lang tid. ALDRI kjøp direkte fra aimn, dersom du ønsker noe derfra bør det kjøpes av en annen forhandler. Jeg har mistet totalt lysten på å kjøpe noe som helst derfra.

Nu känner vi inte till vilken order detta gäller men returtiden är totalt sett ca 3 veckor och detta är inklusive transport, tullbehandling och därefter hantering på vår returcentral.
Ledsen om detta upplevs länge men normal tid för många.
Om du väntat längre än 3 veckor så behöver vi såklart undersöka om något annat hänt med ditt paket och vi hjälper alltid gärna kunden.
Maila vår support så kommer vi garanterat att lösa ärendet istället :)

Vi erbjöd ett bra prisavdrag om du ville behålla jackan, men vi respekterar helt ditt beslut att du vill ha korrekt storlek. Vi gav dig också möjligheten att göra ett nytt byte eller lägga en ny order med en bättre rabatt än tidigare.
Vi förstår att det har varit besvärligt för dig att behöva gå till ombudet fler gånger än nödvändigt — något som hade kunnat undvikas om allt blivit rätt från början. Vi vill återigen be om ursäkt för detta och önskar bara att du ska få en bättre upplevelse hos oss. Vi respekterar din känsla kring situationen, men hoppas att du ändå ser att vår intention hela tiden har varit att lösa problemet på bästa sätt.

Ho preso da Zalando i seguenti articoli: shape seamless cross back bra, una giacca sportiva e poi un completo ease ribbed (top e pantaloni).
Molto belli e di qualità il top e la giacca, pessimo il completo. Cuciture molli, taglia enorme e fit brutto.
Non viene mai specificato il “made in” sul sito, ma ve lo dico io che ho acquistato dei capi: è made in China. Quindi buona qualità ma poca tutela dei lavoratori e dell’ambiente.
Nel complesso brand valido ma qualche “scivolone”

I bought pair of gold earrings and necklace - it says waterproof but the earrings tarnished so I bought another pair as I love them otherwise. The necklace is defs waterproof and hasn’t tarnished — happy 😊

Aim’n’s customer service is OUTSTANDING, I’m so impressed with their speedy responses and customer focused approach to queries. Their focus is not on their pockets but on their customer’s experience. I rarely leave reviews and haven’t been asked to leave one but felt that compelled to write one for them.
Even though I live in the UK and have to pay import duties on top of the product based on the quality and their top tier service, I’ll gladly pay that extra tax to buy their products.

I was a loyal customer and bought a few products from aim’n. However, when a large order I made never arrived and I tried to get assistance from them, their customer service was dreadful, patronizing and accusatory. “Maybe a neighbour took your package and had good intentions.” “Why are you asking for help so many days later?”
They refuse to replace the order for me. Never buying from them again.

We are very sorry to hear that your package seems to be missing, and sorry to read this feedback.
Please rest assured that we never leave a customer without a solution in situations like this, and we always do our best to help in a supportive and creative way.
In many cases, the package is located at a neighbour’s address instead (which is a common delivery preference selected in the app), so this is still a possibility. However, with only your name we’re unable to identify which order this refers to or when it was delivered/contacted about.
The timeframe is important, as DHL can only open an investigation within a certain period — the more days that pass, the harder it becomes to trace the parcel.
Since all tracking and delivery notifications are sent to you, we also expect customers to contact us as soon as a parcel appears lost or stolen.
We never refuse to help a customer unless we have full proof that the parcel was delivered correctly. We always offer a solution, and our first option is typically to send out a replacement parcel.

Supermooie sportleggings en perfecte service
Twee weken geleden heb ik de donkerbruine ribstof sportlegging besteld (heb de zwarte sportlegging ook al een paar jaren en ben er heel blij mee, supermooie pasvorm en stevige stof).
Bij de bruine sportlegging liet er alleen een naadje los en nadat ik contact had opgenomen met de klantenservice kreeg ik binnen een paar dagen een nieuwe thuisgestuurd. Love Aim’n!

AIM’N quite frankly makes the best workout gear I’ve ever owned! I’ve been purchasing from this company for years, and it never fails to make me happy. The quality is absolutely superb — from the bras and matching sweaters to the leggings and even the socks. Everything washes beautifully and lasts for years. I constantly get compliments on my yoga outfits, and everyone wants to know where they’re from!
My only wish? Please come to America! With the current tariffs, the shipping costs have become mind-blowing — but even with that, the products are worth every penny.
