Firstly the Powerglide is an exceptional cleaner , I have a giant breed dog and floor cleaning is always a challenge . My dog is always in the way and a traditional mop leaves the floors wet and she just dirties them instantly . The Powerglide is so easy to, quick to clean and leaves the floors almost dry and looking and feeling so clean .
It arrived very quickly , very well packaged . Easy to put together , fast to charge and simple to use . I really wish I’d bought one years ago .

I bought the Lume midi fan after the last heatwave. Ive had it 2 weeks I'm in love with it. You'll never need another. ❤️🤗🤗. It's quiet,powerful and sooo cool. Tip even if the bedroom is at 29C just direct the fan on 2 or 3 at your face 1 m away and you'll sleep 😴 like a baby. No noise just a cool breeze all night. 😌

Bought one 6 months ago, fantastic machine, totally changed my floors with 10 dogs, however, it packed up recently. I was gutted but customer service was excellent and remedied the problem. 100% recommend

BEST FAN I'VE EVER OWNED. This fan is pure class - the cool design means it sits in the corner of the room like a piece of art. Performance wise it’s top notch - effortlessly powerful. The ‘3D’ feature (up/down/right/left) means it aerates the whole room like an air conditioning unit. By far my favourite feature is that it’s totally silent and i no longer have to whack up the TV to volume 11 to hear it over my clanky old fan. I really like the remote control and the timer too. So yes, i’m getting excited about a fan and yes I totally recommend this one as you’ll never need another fan after this.

This review is aboutCustomer Service NOT the items this company sell. Ordered two fans. The Desk mini and the Air Circulator. We knew when we ordered that the Air Circulator was out of stock. However, we did expect the smaller fan to be delivered whilst we waited for the larger one.

I am altering my original review here because after a negative experience with Customer Service I received a phone call from Shane (sorry Shane can't remember your title) from Aircraft who totally understood where I was coming from BUT more importantly understood the value of good Customer Service. We had a long conversation about their business and the unprecedented sales they had received as a result of the recent heatwave, plus I think ,being mentioned on a TV programme. Although I think it is fantastic to hear of a Company doing so well in this economic climate they can "come a cropper" when business explodes literally overnight. This is what had happened in this instance and thus my experience of not being dealt with in what I would consider a suitable amount of time. I really appreciated that Shane took the time to ring me , admit to the problem, and to sort this out as soon as possible, which he did in a professional manner and was not full of attitude, which seems to be all too prevalent nowadays. Well done Shane and Aircraft Vacuums. `I have only just received the fans this afternoon but intend to give an honest review in a fews days time but having switched them on quickly I think we are going to be very pleased.

Having been physically ill throughout this last heatwave , mainly due to not sleeping for 72 hours, I HAD to buy a fan. I read many reviews and AirCraft Lume Midi appeared to be the one for me. It arrived pronto courtesy of the excellent DPD and immediately it was unboxed I knew it was worth the money. Solid but not heavy and a pleasing aesthetic. Once on ..... HEAVEN ! Easy to use , even quieter than I thought possible and perfect for the bedroom. Lovely, soft backlight completed the package. I'm almost looking forward to the next 38 degree heatwave now I've got this little beauty to keep me cool and let me sleep...highly recommended.

Amazingly quiet and efficient

Simply Fabulous Product & Exceptional Customer Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently purchased the LUME Quiet Air Circulator Fan with Backlight, and I am absolutely blown away! (No pun intended!)

The product itself is simply fabulous. It is incredibly quiet — my mini desk fan is louder on its lowest setting and less powerful than the LUME at low-to-mid speeds — and offers an impressive range of adjustments. You can control the fan speed, the height (floor or desk), oscillation (both up/down and side-to-side), the backlight brightness etc. It's these details that make it stand out.

However, what truly sets this company apart is their customer service. There was a mix-up with the delivery; the courier claimed the package had been delivered when it clearly hadn't. Despite this being entirely the delivery company's fault, AirCraft's customer service team was super helpful and took immediate ownership of the situation. They sorted everything out quickly without making me jump through hoops, turning a frustrating issue into a seamless experience.

If you are looking for a high-quality air circulator backed by a company that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further. Highly recommended!

Lovely service nd outstanding management...

AirLUME cordless fan is fantastic, it sends a strong cooling breeze all around the room, and is almost totally silent. This is my second AirCraft purchase, they have quality products. Customer service from AirCraft is also really very good, they seem to be honest and trustworthy.

I am very happy with this fan!
The fan is quiet in operation, lightweight yet robust. It produces a soft, even airflow that avoids the harshness associated with older fans. An extension bar is included, allowing it to be used either on the floor or on a desk. I would recommend it!

I purchased our first Lume fan a year ago during the heatwave and was genuinely amazed at how effective and different it was from other fans. This year, I decided to invest in another one and, apart from a glitch with the DHL delivery, which was quickly remedied, I got our new one within a few days. No surprises, it is exactly the same as the first, quiet, efficient, powerful etc. I have now also got the new mini model which, can sit on our desk, working quietly, as my wife or I facilitate meetings on Zoom etc. These are excellent fans that are useful all year as the continuous air circulation is effective at shifting warm air on colder days too. Very pleased.

**2nd Update** The product is excellent. We have finally tried the fan over a couple of days.
It is very good and silent. The rotation up-down-left-right is very helpful at night, and the “gust” mode is very nice when using for a long period of time.
My only criticism is that it could be taller (and the delivery experience obvs!) but it’s an excellent fan.

**Update** After writing the review below with 1xstar, I was contacted by a representative from Aircraft. He explained that they had a large number of orders and encountered some issues when it came to dispatching them. I was promised a next day delivery and was asked to take the review down.
The second order did arrive the next day, which is great, but I wish Customer Service had proactively addressed the issue from my initial call, rather than wait for me to be frustrated enough with their lack of communication to write a review.
I can’t comment on the quality of the fan, as I have not yet tried it.

I bought one of their product directly on their website. It said express delivery, within 1-3 business days.
I received an email from DHL with a tracking number the next day "We are expecting your parcel" and an estimated delivery date. That date came and past. No update on the DHL website, so I called Aircraft Home ltd customer service.
I was told it was a glitch from DHL and the goods were surely out for delivery "today, but call us back this evening if it has not turned up. We are open 24/7"
I did call back, ended up leaving a message for a call back. Waited 2 days. Called back. Was told they would "put a query with DHL and email" me back with an answer as to where the delivery was and when I could expect a delivery.
No email, no phone call. Even better, I chased DHL myself and was told that they are still waiting for the goods from Aircraft! I have been on hold for over 1hr and still no answer. Should I have known it would be like that I would have bought my fan elsewhere.

We’ve had our Powerglide for a few months now and couldn’t imagine cleaning our home without it. It maneuvers around corners and under tables with ease and scrubs the floors nicely- always leaving surfaces with a professional looking clean. High quality build, stands up straight and stores easily, and shipping speed was great too. Highly recommend getting one!

We are really enjoying our new Lume fan. It is so quiet and yet really powerful at the same time. How did they manage that?
We like the different options too, especially the Natural setting.
It arrived on time and complete. Easy to set up as well.

I love my powerglide ,it’s life changing innovation, I replaced my old steam mop and was blessed with this self moving floor cleaner no pushing or pressing ,just get more pads and the floor will be easy clean .Wood floors I can clean with less water very efficiently ,no chemicals needed, perfect polished.

I have the aircraft power glide and it had stopped working and even though it was out of warranty the company took it and fixed it for me

Update: Following my initial negative review regarding a faulty switch after three years of use and a disappointing outcome with customer services, the owner of AirCraft personally reached out to me. They were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue. I am very grateful for a company that genuinely listens to customer feedback and takes ownership to make things right. Thank you!
