our team has reached out to you personally via email. Our system and our team have sent you the tracking number for your order. For international orders as mentioned, can take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks. We have no control over customs and how long they can hold a product before releasing it. As you see in the tracking number it has been shipped and made its way to the country in the shipping address. If you have any further questions please email us at info@airdropcrates.com
We are writing an extension on this reply, the crate has been delivered! We have done everything we were supposed to do as a company. We packed and shipped the order on time. Once the crate leaves our warehouse we have no control over how long it takes for a customer to receive the box. That being said, this was an international order and we cannot control how long customs holds goods. As mentioned in the previous paragraph, It states on our site 1 - 4 weeks for international orders. Your order was delivered in less than 4 weeks.
Nothing against the brand itself
Nothing against the brand itself, just the items in my boxes were kind of lackluster, lots of very small generic items that weren't anything i couldn't have got elsewhere, no big ticket items that could have redeemed it, didn't recieve any shirts, just 2 pairs of socks, and a random micro usb cable? Not sure what for if anything, would potentially try them again, but for the price I paid some socks and keychains and a few small basic things weren't (in my opinion) worth what I paid, unfortunately

I have been trying to cancel this order…
I have been trying to cancel this order for weeks and can’t get anyone to help me. I get an email that asks for my order number and then nothing. I cancelled this order before it automatically restarted and it still went through. I would like my subscription cancelled.

My boys love these boxes
My boys love these boxes. Each month we get two. And it makes them giggle to receive items that are ones they actually will use out play with. For sure a god buy. Quality is excellent. And all the boxes we have been shipped were well packed with more than we expected. Bravo!

I canceled but was still charged
I canceled but was still charged. This was supposed to be a 1 year Christmas gift. Getting a response from anyone has been very difficult and you guys are refusing to cancel and refund. If this is truly how you do business it is a horrible business practice. I couldn't afford to keep getting this and it has put me in a really bad spot. You guys lied and said you sent multiple emails about renewal but only sent one saying you were charging me and I canceled immediately. Not to happy with the customer service I have received if you can even call it that.

This was a great box and I was so…
This was a great box and I was so excited to give it to my son for Christmas. Unfortunately the glass in the box had became broken on its arrival to our house and when he opened the gift a piece of glass fell on the floor and ended up cutting his foot pretty badly. It would have been perfect if the glass hadn't became broken.

First time User Experience
The box I received was Halloween themed. I've tried many services over the years and this is right up there with some of the best I've received. Although a bit on the pricier side, the box has items that matches the theme of the box and that are relevant to what gamers are looking for. My only criticism is that both boxes I received had 3 items with the second one counted as 4 items with a 50-cent chocolate bar which did not really add value to the box so it would be nice to have a full 4-5 items where majority are premium. Other than this, great box and will subscribe again.
