Please note that you did not purchase a monthly subscription box and in fact purchased one of our mystery crates. As stated on our site and in the product description, our mystery crates are packed with 3 - 5 past crate items of all types, varying from t-shirts to keychains and collectible items. Great Crate!
This was a great crate, and I love the inclusion of something edible. My only critique is that for my taste I want crates for the shirts, and seeing socks I'll never wear was a little bit of a letdown, but that'll change monthly so I'm still excited,

I purchased this for my son. He absolutely loves receiving his Crate each month. I love how creative the Crates are every month. Absolutely worth it to see my son ecstatic!!! Love, love, love Air Drop Crates!!! 😍

I really want to love this box but…
I really want to love this box but every time I can’t help but feel that it needs one more item or something better for the price. 2-3 out of 10 boxes will have something that makes me feel it is worth it but the vast majority seem a bit scant. The December/Cyberpunk box was by far the most disappointing to date. Please consider adding one additional item per box to make it seem more worthwhile.

I love all the items in the box!
I love all the items in the box!! The among us socks the stuff crewmate the little mini crewmates it was all such fun to open and find all of that in there I love the game among us.

I’m rating a 2 only because customer…
I’m rating a 2 only because customer service was responsive and my son’s crate arrived a couple days after I inquired (ordered November 20 and received January 7- not blaming company, but just be aware). Otherwise, I would only rate a 1 simply because there was stuff in the box. The website says the contents of the box are “top of the line“. First of all, I wouldn’t say any of it is top-of-the-line. The beanie, keychain and tote are OK, but similar to the quality you could find at a Five Below store. The ornament was on par/below dollar store quality- plastic with the color and symbol wearing off. I’m really not picky it’s just not good. The button- standard button quality but much smaller than depicted. The candy canes- no comment. Definitely a nice novelty idea, but the quality and needs to improve if I were to ever purchase again. The AirDrop crate box (very cool btw) that it comes in seems better quality than the stuff inside. I would rather have lesser items and better quality.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I purchased a single crate as a gift for my reddit secret Santa and he loved it! There were some issues with USPS (no fault of air drop crates), but they responded very quickly and kept me informed at every step. I would definitely purchase again...these make great gifts.

Happy with the whole process !
I understand stand the circumstances this holiday season but, I contacted Air Drop Crates anyways. They instantly replied to my email and contacted the USPS for me. I was super impressed and am looking forward yo receiving my Cyber Crate when it comes in!

I made my order at the begining of the month, so my pacage would arrive before Christmas. My order is in transit for 13 days and i dont know anything about it. Christmas is in 2 days, so....

We hope all is well today. We understand your frustration as we too are just as frustrated with orders being delayed but, we delivered your order on December 5th to the USPS, one day after you ordered. We contacted USPS throughout the last 2 weeks numerous times to try and speed up the process arrive in time for Christmas. As stated by the USPS, "they have a high volume of shipments from online orders this holiday season which has caused major delays." That being said, we have sent out mass emails due to these delays to notify customers. Also, international shipments can take up to 9 - 15 business days depending on the location during regular circumstances. Please keep checking your tracking number as it is on route for delivery.

Due to shipping delays I am still awaiting my sons crate I ordered him for Christmas. However the customer service has been nothing but excellent with keeping me updated on the delays & communication with USPS. I really appreciate it !

Ordered a crate then after a couple days I get an email telling me an item in the crate is out of stock. This is confusing since you would think the crates would be complete if available for purchase. Guess this isn't the case with this company.
1 star cause I got my money back.
Oh well 99% of this made in China junk can be bought at other stores for less.
