Little stumble, but support was great
Received filters that were the wrong size from what was described on the product page description .. Had a great chat with support ... while it took a while to receive a replacement set, I ultimately got the filters. Good filters and good support, will try ordering again from this company.

Quick service and the part fit perfectly. Old filter was jammed in by former owner because they did not realize there is only one correct way to install (I assume).
