While delivery and quality seems to be ok the size / fit was off by almost 1” on the width of the panel. I was able to cut down the panel to make it fit.
It’s not an exact fit out of the box.

Read every word of the product description or you will be blamed by the customer service associate.
Don’t buy products based on the model no.and the photos. The product received is totally different product from the original item in the microwave. Read the descriptions in the website carefully, if not the customer service associate will blame you for not reading the description and it’s totally your fault.

P po, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is for product descriptions to be clear and accurate, and we appreciate your input. The listing included an exact photo of the item you received, and the description specified that the filter was frameless and non-pleated. Our customer service representative was in the process of clarifying these details when the call was disconnected. We sincerely regret any frustration this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
