Absolutely amazing customer service . Ordered an airflow quiet air extractor fan. Upon installing It realised id accidentally binned part of the cover . Emailed the company expecting to pay for a new on however Julia was extremely helpful , found the part and sent it out free of charge . Will definitely be using this company again based on this good experience alone . The product is also fantastic and as described.
Their top of the range Smart Fan is very pricey and not Smart.
There are many smart products on the market and have their own WiFi or connect to WiFi Smart Home Apps this does not! Included functions are manual on/off and Fan Speed. Extra modules are available but even the the Time Module gives just delayed start, timer run on, one quiet programmable period and one one programmable period.
I can see why Amazon quotes they get a few returns. For £130 (fan only) should have a lot more functionality and be WiFi smart! Currently you have to fork out more to not even get halfway there.
One word Disappointing
Great quality product. I bought Airflow ICONsmart15 Bluetooth. You will need to add modules the Timer, I also added humidity.
The app is straightforward, the fan is sensitive and if there is any interference that reduces intake/outflow it senses and will not run at the flow rate you specify much lower. I raised this with support and this was identified and resolved within 48 hours.
Brilliant feature allows the fan silent hours and not operate over night. It’s very quiet, very straightforward to install and set up. The humidity sensor allows me to ensure it clears the steam in the bathroom irrespective of the time it takes. Low noise, low power consumption.
I needed a replacement humidity/timer module for my Icon 30 as the original one had failed after 4 months. I contacted the company via email and received a prompt reply. As the module was still under guarantee, they did not hesitate and sent out a replacement within 5 days.

This company claims that their extractors are revolutionary, but they are not. They displayed their wares at the grand design show in London and I was fascinated by how silent the QuietAir Fan 9041498 was. I bought 2, and just over 3 years both had stopped working. I reached out to the company and their response was that there was nothing they could do.
We have now gotten used to opening the window when using the shower. I strongly recommend that you do not buy any of their products, you'll be wasting your money if you do so.
