I contacted Airflow directly after one of my timer modules developed a fault but the seller wouldn't respond.

Julia Hanecakova at Airflow was brilliant and helped me through the process, and I now have a replacement module directly from Airflow.

Speedy response (emailed it evening and got a reply the following morning) to my query about an adjustment tool. Replacement tool sent out and arrived safely the following week. Great customer service from Julia.

My spare part for an Airflow Icon extractor fan was delayed in the post and Julia Hanecakova on the Airflow service desk was very helpful and quick to resolve my problem without any of the usual excuses and delays that so many companies make these days. She arranged for a replacement part to be sent and it quickly arrived. Julia kept me up to date with the process and I felt like a valued customer. Now the missing package has also arrived so I now have two spare parts when I only paid for one. I shall return te additional spare part to Airflow with my gratitude for their great customer service and rapid responsiveness. Thank you Julia and Airflow.

Shutter opens uneven if you clip the module in fully it makes the fan vibrate the only way to cure it is not to clip it in fully secure it with tape to stop it falling out wouldn't recommend

The customer service people were quick to point out an issue with my warranty registration, helped me to identify correct data and then confirmed acceptance with contact details should any future issue arise. Quick - efficient - polite.

Booked a service for our home lift - Airflow had to change the date but were extremely helpful and worked hard to accommodate our needs. Engineer arrived on time and was very experienced, competent and also very helpful.

I have had two Airflow Icon fans in my house for more than ten years now. I love the way they open and close to keep drafts out from the fans. They are very reliable and I am able to strip them down to clean them.
The after sales service after ten years is also amazing! A big shout out to Akshada, the service received was second to none and far beyond what I would have expected. Thank you.

I had to contact Airflow regarding a bathroom extractor fan which stopped working a few days under a year after I purchased it from Toolstation. I had returned it to Toolstation at the earliest opportunity but this was 1 year and 2 days after purchase. They were not interested in helping as it was more than a year since purchase and, despite the manufacturer’s 3 year warranty, the only assistance that they were willing to offer was to tell me to contact the manufacturer directly.

Fortunately, Airflow had an entirely different approach to customer service and I cannot praise them highly enough. Their technical service department were excellent, helping to diagnose the likely problem and, when it appeared that the fault was within the fan, the customer service department provided Freepost details to allow me to return the fan for assessment. Needless to say, the problem was resolved quickly and to my full satisfaction. The product itself is excellent – quiet and effective – and the company have a positive, customer focused approach. I will definitely be using their products in future, whenever I have need of them and cannot recommend them highly enough although if I can source them from somewhere other than Toolstation, I will do so!

Had a delivery issue with a replacement actuator for an Icon-30 extractor fan but this was speedily sorted after contacting the Customer Support team. Would happily do business with Airflow again.

Fitted an Airflow iCON15 low profile fan in our ensuite. Super easy to fit c/w timer module. The design has a clever automated iris which prevents drafts from the outside when the fan is off. Wiring is easy with the click in modules that can be changed or replaced when needed. All in all a great design from a UK company. I will be replacing our other toilet fans with these soon.

Fantastic customer service. Emailed inquiring about cost of replacement Icon 15 Fan Cover after original, about 11 months old, was damaged during cleaning. Immediately advised that replacement being processed free of charge and received within 48 hours. Very friendly, but business like communications from a company that cares for their customers.

I sent in a question about a noisy fan. I got a very quick response from Airflow, followed by an email discussion with Samuel Johnson from their Technical Support. Very helpful advice given: clear and straightforward. Highly recommended.
