AIrflow 6" slimline fan worked really well for 12 months and just died ! lifespan of these products should be much better - it replaced a Manrose fan which lasted many years.
Lower price = lower quality maybe. Don't make 'em like they used to eh !

In my experience, the Customer Service of Airflow is one of the best. I was very impressed by their prompt reply and willingness to help me with my problem, which is now sorted. Real 5 star cusotmer service.

Easy to contact Customer services ,Brad Miguel instantly realised my needs and immediately took action to rectify the situation by ordering me the missing lense once I returned my address information.
Great to have agent who can understand and speak English . Other firms should take note .

When Customer Service goes above and beyond what you expect it is only right they receive the plaudits.
I telephoned after 3PM, (the cut off time for next day delivery)and was totally amazed when Brad offered to speak with the Warehouse to see if the item could be added to the next day delivery despatch despite the cut having occurred.
Brad obviously succeeded because I received the goods next day. Brilliant Customer Service!! Thank you.

A minor issue for Airflow but a bigger one for me solved promptly and courteously by excellent customer service.

I'm a homeowner with an Airflow extractor in a bathroom. It seemed to malfunction once, so I contacted Airflow for help/advice. Despite being a small, single user with an oldish product I received very quick and concerned responses. I was really very impressed.

I have two Airflow fans and have been really pleased with them. Whilst cleaning one of them, a small internal component got damaged. I emailed the company and they offered to send me two new parts free of charge and with free postage. I’m delighted with the practical and helpful way the company dealt with this, and the way they were accessible and easy to communicate with. In summary great products with great support, that’s often hard to find these days, and I would definitely recommend.

Appalling product, customer service is atrocious... on fan no 4 in @ 8 months, its noisy when opening or shutting.... technical didn't believe me.. sent a video.... he said thats appalling I'll get back to you....
2 months later,nothing....
Avoid this product....

Replacing a product easily, within the extended warranty. Great extractor. Love th e modular nature of the icon extractor.

Saurabh went out of his way to ensure that he would send me the correct parts, and this was done very quickly

I have an Airflow fan and the control module broke so it was on all of the time. I ordered a new module through Amazon which has a 3 year guarantee. It took me about a week until I had time to install it and then it just stopped working a few weeks later. A day or two later I swapped back in the one stuck permanently on and the fan went on, so as I dont want it on all the itme swapped it bac for the new one where nothing happens.
I went on Amazon to do a return to find the 30 day return window closed a day or two before and it gave details to contact the company, so I gave them aa call. They advised me it will be a faulty unit and to contact Amazon and they will send out a new one. There was no return option so I contacted customer support, but got no reply. Same thing repeated 2 more times and still no reply from amazon as outside the return window. SO I went back to Airflow and they have told me that for them to replace the control module under the guarantee I have to post to then the control unit and uninstall the entire fan and send that as well. That will mean leaving the wires exposed, although I can cap them. They will then test the fan and control module to make sure the fan works the module is faulty before they will replace it. I dont really want the cost of posting it and have to wait while having wires hanging out the wall.

So all in all I recommend not buying any products from this company with their charlatan guarantee.

Fan started making a very loud sound within 15 months of purchase, loud sound stopped after a while and has now started again, customer service is worst for such a low priced product, I was asked to get the product removed and returned for repair which would have cost me twice the price of the product itself, would not recommend this companies products.

Have two fans, as recommended by bathroom fitter. Both have had the timer element stop working within 4 years requiring new parts to be purchasd. Not great stats!!
