MacBook Battery Replacement
I'm really happy with the service that Nicholas provided. Communication was clear, the repairs were carried out quickly and my laptop came back a lot cleaner than when I took it in! All for a fraction of the price of buying a new laptop so well worth it. Would highly recommend

Imac is now back up and running
Nick has been brilliant and is really easy to deal with, very knowledgable and efficient and has breathed new life in to an imac that wasn't working and that Apple described as 'obsolete'. I highly recommend him! Thank you!

Great service!
Nicholas replaced the battery on my MacBook Pro in a short timescale, and also optimised performance. Good communication and detailed explanation of work that was being done. Highly recommended and will definitely use Airiam again. Great service!

I have been using Airiam many times.
I have been using Airiam several times, since its inception, as I had positively experienced the quality of Mr Warren's technical skills in his previous job, before he set up the company.
He always has (upgrade) solutions available, even for my now 8- and 11-year-old MAC's!
Dedicated personal service, with excellent communication throughout.
Worthwhile driving to Bath for (from Bristol).

Airiam solves Apple computer problems efficiently.
Nicholas at Airiam was able to sort out the problem I had with my Apple Mac computer via a remote computer service. He was able to do this within minutes of me telling him about the problem and I didn't even have to leave the house. As we had some time left in the session, he also did a general tidy up of my system. I'm very happy with the service he offers and will definitely be using Airiam again.

Airiam refurbished my very slow, 12 year old Mac to the latest level at a fraction of the cost of a new one. His pricing is very clear and he explains what is required, offering alternative solutions and options. Highly recommended.

I'm delighted to have found Airiam. Nicholas responded quickly to my initial request and has a clear, professional process from diagnosis through to completion. The repair to my mother's 2015 Mac is highly successful, now running better than ever, and the price was fair. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I am so impressed with this company
I am so impressed with this company. Even though I don't 'do' tech speak Nicholas understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. He communicated with me throughout the process and completed the work in a remarkably short time. So far, everything is working well - in fact, better than I could have hoped for. The cost was reasonable too. Can't recommend Airiam highly enough!

Nicholas is a life-saver!
Nicholas was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable and sorted my lost email problem where others had failed! Plus Nicholas has today migrated all my data to my new MacBook Air. It was fiddly because of moving so many emails, and I am so grateful. Having someone as knowledgeable and efficient is a real life-saver!
