Great service, great communication. Good to know that there is support for sole traders and families without having to go into central Bath and paying ludicrous prices at the Apple Store.

Repaired an old iMac 27. Wouldn't run for more than a few minutes on anything power hungry without tripping out power supply. Assumed to be power supply issue. Airiam tracked it down to corrupt software, and hey ho, all back to normal. This guy knows his stuff. He succeeds where others have failed.

Nick at Airiam revived my very elderly iMac and got me back up and running in no time. So knowledgeable, professional and polite. Whilst the manufacturer said parts were no longer available for the machine, Airiam could source what was needed and give me several options and extra advice. A miracle performed on my Mac!

Brilliant service - There seems to be nothing that Nicholas can’t fix - when it comes to all things Mac! My wife & I both had HW Issues with our older MBAirs - requiring HD & MLB & some software work. Our home network inc 3 iPhones & Time capsule set up, filing sharing etc. was also real muddle. Nicholas sorted everything out for us with no fuss. We found him very professional, helpful, efficient & willing to answer the many questions we had. Highly recommended !

I approached Nicholas as my Mum's laptop needed some work. I especially liked the way that Nicholas worked through the issues thoroughly and gave us 3 different options, so we could make an informed decision about which would be the most useful and cost-effective. I turned my Mac on and the screen was black with a blue flash across it. I contacted Nick who ran a diagnostic check on it which told him the screen was dead + the hard drive was performing badly (2013 mac). After 3 working days i had it back, with a new screen, new SSD hard drive and it is so fast, I am so happy and would definitely recommend...
