I was contacted about my pets failing some paperwork and I absolutely panicked , but with the regular WhatsApp communication from the amazing Jodie my mind was put at rest that the issues would be resolved and my pets would be released that day after a vet check .
This fantastic lady is worth her wait in gold and I can’t thank her enough for what felt like going above and beyond to put my mind at rest .

Highly recommend this company. They made everything run so smoothly and took pictures with our dogs before we left and sent pictures if them on a walk. One of our dogs is very anxious, was worried how she would be when we collected her. She came bounding out the door with our other dog and was so excited and not stressed at all.

Airpets and specifically Sophie Powell made the traumatic action of sending our 5 year old rescue border collie dog from Uk to Australia bearable and relatively easy. It is hard enough emigrating across the world … selling up, packing up and heading to Australia but when an animal is involved it is doubly hard. Sophie laid out the process really clearly. She held my hand through vet visits and form filling by always being on the end of the phone for daft questions and panic emails. It’s a complex process that takes 7 months but when you have Airpets in your corner you can navigate it all and get across the finish line. Our dog is home with us in Australia and we couldn’t be more grateful to Sophie and Airpets.

When you are spending a lot of money and time flying a pet to another country you expect great service and we haven’t been disappointed. Communication has been great with email queries answered quickly and the tricky process laid out simply and reminders given when needed. An extraordinary level of competence from start to finish. This was our first time transporting two German Shepherds from US to the UK and the anxiety was at its highest. Quarantine was not acceptable so utmost attention to detail was paramount. Airpets worked flawlessly with my US pet relocation company, truly as one team. Communication with us was constant and reassuring. Our dogs arrived to the UK home faster than anticipated. Airpets arranged the final leg of a re-location for my cat from New Zealand to France. After a short time in England, my NZ movers recommended Airpets, and I cound't be more impressed. The initial prompt and detailed quote, and then the clear instructions made this trip very straighforward. The door-to-door service, including cat immigration processes in France was all included. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way, including reassuring photographs and flight tracking for my cat's journey. There is always a bit of apprehension when your beloved pet is travelling without you, but Airpets and the French in-country agents gave me every bit of peace of mind that my girl was in safe hands.
