I cannot fault airpets, we were obviously worried about sending our much loved pets across the Atlantic, but everything was just organised so easily it made the process as stress free as possible. Our two cats are now settling into their new life in the USA. Ailise handled everything for us and she was amazing, along with all the other people involved stateside. Brilliant service.

Moving our pet dog from Japan to the UK seemed to be SO complicated, but all of the support that Jodie at Airpets gave me was INVALUABLE and supportive and I don't think we could have done it without her. During my many stressful moments of stress in Japan, trying to figure it all out, Jodie was there, on the other side of the world, helping me every step of the way. We are all now safely in the UK and I am eternally grateful. Thank you Jodie and the Airpets team, who went above and beyond to help us.

Useless. Applied for quite. Got an email advising it was being worked on but four days later absolutely nothing. Got quotes from other such companies within 24 hours.

When I found out I was moving to W Africa, I had no idea how I was going to get my large northern breed mix dog to join me. I looked at the requirements, searched around but couldn’t find an answer. Luckily someone I did reach out to put me in contact with Ailise and Airpets because they were amazing from the beginning. I had previously reached out to other companies to just be ghosted. They were attentive, very responsive, polite, and overall amazing. I had to go ahead of my pooch and they had to pick him up from his boarding facility. I received pictures when he arrived at their facility the day prior to him flying out and was assured he was doing well, he looked very content. I cannot recommend this company enough. They kept me updated and I received tracking information so I could see myself where my dog was for a peace of mind

Our recent experience with Airpets could not have been better. Lauren was so helpful in the lead up to our dog and cat flying from Heathrow to Dallas and made the whole thing so smooth and stress free. I cannot recommend Airpets highly enough!!! Sophie and her team arranged eveything and made the logistical nightmare of taking my cat from the UK to Adelaide in Australia so easy. All the paperwork and red tape was done by Airpets (there was a lot)Transport from Yorkshire to Heathrow - flights from London via Doha to Melbourne for quarantine and then the flight from Melbourne to Adelaide. Updates were provided throughout the whole journey and when I collected my boy from his final flight he was so happy and it was obvious that he had been well looked after. Cannot thank Airpets enough.

Excellent service, they would answer every question I asked no matter how silly the question. Kept us up to date all through the building up to the day of the move and even sent us pictures to show us how happy and relaxed our dog was prior to the flight will use them again

Can't recommend Lauren and Airpets enough! They took amazing care of my 10 year old German Shorthair Willie. She was able to get him on the same flight as me going from London to the States last minute due to some travel issues that had arisen, and he was welcomed from the moment I dropped him off. The communication first and foremost between the staff at the company and myself was exemplary and I was always kept up to date.
The care given as needed was also very good as were the incoming photos. From Australia to the UK is no mean feat and this company and their personnel are really on top of their 'game'.

They were professional, knowledgeable and so so so caring when it came to looking after my dog. I absolutely recommend their services!
