Made a potentially confusing and stressful process much easier to manage. Our agent Sophie kept us fully informed throughout and was quick to respond when we had any questions. Our cat Sonny is now settling in to life in Sydney having moved seamlessly from the UK. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly recommend AirPets - they constantly kept us updated and explained clearly the process and what was happening at each step. They had flexibility to collect our cat out of hours from Heathrow so we could get her home without overnight stays. Great friendly communication from caring and knowledgeable staff. Costs were clearly laid out and helpful e-booklets to understand the process.

Taking our two big dogs from UK to Thailand (for a permanent move) was dawnting and seemed very complicated. But PetAir made it really simple. They were clear right frmo the start and took care of all of the tricky paperwork. From drop off near the airport, to delivery of our dogs to our new appartment - they took care of it all. Ailise was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process of arranging my budgie’s travel from London to Cyprus. 5/5 Stars – Incredible care and seamless service for Hachi’s big move!

Relocating our 10-weeks old puppy, Hachi, from London all the way to Hong Kong felt like a daunting task at first. Moving a pet internationally comes with an overwhelming amount of paperwork, strict import/export regulations, health checks, and flight logistics, but Ailise and her team at Airpets made the entire process practically seamless. Hachi landed in Hong Kong, full of energy as if he just got off short bus ride.

I was referred to Airpets by Qatar Airways to help with my cat's travel to Qatar, so I expected they would be able to assist with airline-approved travel equipment.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Airpets had previously included the cost of a suitable travel crate within a quotation they provided me. When I later contacted them to purchase the crate on its own – which I was happy to pay for and collect myself – I was told they would only supply it as part of their full relocation package.

I appreciate that every business has its own commercial policy, but this was not made clear initially and it left me without the support I had been referred to them for. If a customer only needs an airline-compliant crate rather than a complete pet relocation service, Airpets are unwilling to help.

Also the person on the phone this morning was really rude and unhelpful!

For that reason, I believe Qatar Airways should reconsider referring customers to a company that will only assist those purchasing their full package, as it can be frustrating for customers who simply need specific travel equipment.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Airpets if you are only looking to purchase a compliant travel crate.

We had a very positive experience with Airpets relocating our cat, from London to Hong Kong.

This was our first time arranging international pet relocation, so we had many questions about the process, documents, vaccinations, crate training, flight arrangement, health certificate, and Hong Kong import clearance. Lauren was extremely patient, responsive and clear throughout the whole journey. She helped us understand each step, confirmed what was included in the quote, and gave practical advice that made us feel much more reassured.

The overall process was smooth and well organised, from the quotation stage to crate preparation, collection, final vet check, export health certificate, flight arrangement and Hong Kong arrival handling. We also appreciated that the pricing was reasonable and transparent compared with other quotes we received.
