Airport Lost-and-found Avis 

AL&F were not able to recover my jacket at Dubai Airport.
As per the policy I was given a refund number and told it would be in my account (I presumed by credit card in which I had paid) in 30 days by their T&C.
It never arrived. I emailed and the Senior Account Manager Mary Wilson in which I had been assigned said she would try again.
It never arrived.
She said she would post a cheque.
It never arrived.
This began in December 2022 and it is now May 2023.
Mary replies all the time to say she will follow up - and she never does. I ask and she says she will follow up.
This has been going on for months.

I’m convinced that the Frankfurt Germany airport staff purposely steal cell phones. The security agent took it out of my bag and into another bin. They then pulled my carryon bag aside and emptied the whole thing. Didn’t find anything then they make you frantically repack. I was totally distracted & inadvertently left my cell phone in a different bin. I immediately filed a lost & found report when I got to my other gate. I had serial #’s etc. I’ve received no response from them. It’s a scam. I’m convinced they purposely take cell phones.

I thought I'd left an ipad on a plane in Male Maldives.
It subsequently turned up but in the meantime i paid £27 to register the loss with these conmen. Not even an e mail to acknowledge the claim. When I tried the contact e mail to explain the item had been found and to cancel the claim the mail just bounces back.
I have entered a claim via Paypal to reclaim my money suggest others do the same as these guys are fraudsters.

Total scam.

The USD50.- which is supposed to be refundable after 30 days is now over 3 months over due. No more response to emails. Even calls to their number +91 97171 23181 are now being denied.

The airport lost and found site has been reported to Scamwatch.

I can't give no stars so had to give one ...I left my kindle on a flight from New Orleans to Heathrow was told I couldn't go back to get it but gave me a number to contact ...I have since contacted the number and they gave me a ref number to retrieve my kindle. I did also notice they charge astronomical proces to sent your items back to you However when I go to enter the number, provided by the company,it tells me it's the incorrect number.I have also tried to contact them by phone and was on hold for about 20 mins. Eventually put the phine down. I am so glad I did as the charges are unbelievable

If you lose anything just accept that it's not coming back yo you

In fact, airport-lost-and-found.com services are very customer friendly and flexible. When they told me that they had tracked my cell phone lost at Frankfurt International airport, I was busy and on my request, they sent it to me via courier service and this was a great relief for me. No doubt, it is one of the finest community services I've ever had.

I missed my camera at Heathrow airport.But thanks to this company who found my camera in just 8 days.Great service.Recommended to all
