Samsung had a significant issue with delayed delivery. We went back to the store to see what else was available. We left with a returned delivery of an LG which was delivered two days later, before our move. We were thrilled. Don was an excellent help!

Easy shopping experience. Install team was here a few days after buying the new dishwasher and removed the old one and installed the new one in no time flat. Have bought most of the large appliances here. Will continue to do so

Was glad to have used Airport Home Appliance. We were able to purchase out GE refrigerator over the phone. The delivery was very efficient and they all use masks and precautions. I was kept informed on delivery time and they arrived at the time they said. I will go back for any future appliance needs.

Purchased a GE stove from Airport Appliance (AA) in October 2019. By April 2020, the oven had stopped working. I reached out to AA and they informed me that it was under warranty, so I needed to work directly with GE. I then spent months having GE repair it only for it to break a week later. I reached out again to AA (several phone calls and emails). I did not hear from the managers that I left calls for, but I did hear from my salesperson, Jigme, who was most helpful-but I was disappointed and extremely frustrated that repeated calls to management were not returned. In the end AA (not GE - DO NOT buy GE, they do not stand behind their products!) replaced my oven - but by that time I just wanted my money back! I finally was able to use the oven in the stove (replacement stove) after 3 MONTHS of no oven!! The oven I purchased was practically rebuilt in my home by GE repair person, but it was still a “lemon” that no one wanted to take responsibility for. I gave 3 stars because FINALLY AA got involved and made things better - But overall a nightmare experience.

After the delivery there was no quick tutorial about the operation of the product. The "owners manual"given was a copy from another unit. Not the original from the manufacturer. Within the next year we will be purchasing a microwave,a washer and a dryer and originally thought of buying these products from this outfit since they gave our daughter good service. That's the reason we went to them for this purchase. Now, we would have to reconsider after this incident.

The experience was fine until delivery. The delivery guys stated that they didn’t work for Airport. They at first refused to change out the door swing on our dryer, which was stated on the purchase contract. They then stated that they couldn’t install the new washer unless we installed new valves because ours weren’t “operational”. They said I needed a “licensed plumber” to come out & do it. The delivery guy was on the phone with his boss, I called our plumber immediately who agreed to come out in 2 hours. As soon as I hung up, they had installed the washer. They took off before removing all the plastic, stickers, etc., from the machine or even running it to see if it worked. When our plumber arrived, he said the valves were FINE & would change them out if I wanted him to. He said he wished he had a nickel for every time he heard this scam🙀 Airport needs to take responsibility from their product from sales THROUGH installation.

The appliance was delivered and installed in given date and time. There was problem with applying for the special rebate. The sales person Ricky helped to apply for the rebate. All in all our experience was quite satisfactory.

Benny in Hayward was amazing in helping me buy a freezer remotely. He checked stock and and let me know what was available immediately. I love the freezer, and the customer service and delivery was excellent.
