This is the 3rd time using Airport parking at Manchester. Absolutely stress free to and from the airport. Drivers where curteous and polite and vehicles where clean and relatively new. Never had to wait long at all. Will use them again next time

Smooth experience again (2nd time using this) easy drop off once you know where it is! didn't wait long for a van to drop us off at the terminal. Very helpful guy in office - gives you the number to ring on your return to arrange pick up again.
On return only waited about 10 mins for a bus to collect us. Will probably make this out regular airport parking facility now we've tested it out. Good value too.

Very easy. Parked the car, handed on the keys, got on the shuttle minibus. The bus journey took a little longer than I expected but it took us right to the terminal entrance. Coming back was easy. Rang the given number and was asked to wait for the shuttle which didn’t take long. Picked up the keys, told which bay my car was in and that was it.

Have used this company many times and have always found them very good.

Always reliable, great service and super quick transfer. Really can’t fault them, I use them every time I fly from Manchester.

Pick up and drop off is shamelessly overpriced. Parking spaces are too small so that everyone needs to shoehorn themselves in while everyone else has to wait. It’s badly designed poorly managed and creates another level of stress and dissatisfaction.

Terrible experience. I will not be using Manchester Airport again.
I ended up being conned by a meet and greet person and then got a parking fine.
Also got another parking fine for accidentally going into to drop off area although I didn’t stop as I ended up there by mistake after trying to find the car parking I had actually booked. I now have £200 in fines. I normally book meet and greet T2 but this time ended up on a site that said it would send a uniformed person to pick up my car. It took 20 minutes for said person to arrive which has resulted in me getting a fine. The person who turned up was not uniformed and would not tell me where he was taking my car so I chose not to use them. No refund just a parking fine. I was then left trying to find other parking at the last minute with a plane to catch.

Nice friendly staff on arrival, no waiting about, a mini bus was ready to drop us at the airport once parked up, return trip we phoned once landed and was told to wait at H bus stop by the time we was out bus was waiting to take us back to our car, really fast reliable service would highly recommend

This was the second time I've used the car park, first time not an issue, but the second time there was damage to my vehicle. To all that read this they do move your car to another field to the back of this car park which all the cars are squashed together and on very rough ground. They will move your car here when busy. Upon on my arrival to pick up my vehicle, it was parked by the exit, I just double checked for any damages and immediately noticed a bad door dent on my rear wing. I immediately walked back to the office and they brushed the problem off to customer service, they gave me a card to send an email to customer service, told him this was a disgrace, he just advised they need to know who was on shift the day the vehicle was moved. I send an email the same day with pictures of the damage, numerous phone calls to nothing, there constantly making excuses, I.e. there awaiting pictures from the car park, but nothing seems to happen.I have also sent a quote for the damage and heard nothing at all from them. THIS IS TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO ALL OF YOU PEOPLE - THEY DO MOVE YOUR CAR TO ANOTHER LOCATION WHICH IS VERY ROUGH AND ALL CARS ARE CRAMMED TOGETHER. I would NOT definitely use them again as there totally avoiding the situation and just fob you off all the time. Avoid avoid avoid, it's just a disgrace they handle people's vehicles like this.

The wait to be picked up was over 40mins.

This service worked so well for me. Direct airport parking stresses me out and after reading other reviews felt reassured. It was a little tricky to find but followed the advice I had read. Car park was certainly secure. You have to buzz in. Man told me to park wherever and there was plenty of clearly marked bays. There was a bit of a wait to hand key over but only because another customer had clearly messed up her booking. Took to the airport which was a few mins away in a lovely merc mini bus. Easy. On return rang number outside after collected baggage. No signal in the airport. We were collected approx 15 mins later and my car was waiting for me 😊

4th time using this company and never had any problems! Quick and easy service and really close to the airport. Luxury minibuses. Always the cheapest too! Always recommend to family and friends. Will definitely be using again
