Airport Parking Manchester Avis 

Good service, they dropped us off picked us up and looked after the car. Priced well also. However, they did have us waiting for quite a while before setting off to the airport which was a little frustrating. Mainly good things to say. Would use again.

I have used these guys 7 times this year and would not go anywhere else. The prices are the best I can find and the service to and from the airport is always super fast and efficient. Even when I have arrived back in the early hours of the morning, they have picked me up quickly even when I have been the only person requesting assistance at that time. I really would not go anywhere else and can thoroughly recommend them.

We used APM last year & we were very satisfied with the service so again we used your service this July … Very good , efficient from parking up to transfer to Terminal 2 .. pick up within 10 mins on arrival back into Manchester.. speedy key handover & on our way home … Will definitely use again .. First and last time I will use this company. They do not know the meaning of customer service. The greeting was arrogant and downright rude- as if we were disturbing their lunch break. No communication whatsoever. We guessed which bus to get on and had to ask if cases would be loaded- to be given a grunt and a nod.

Called them on arrival back at the airport. Stood at the terminal and no minibus arrived. Second phone call- minibus arrived 20 mins later. Again very rude driver. No communication just a gesture to tell us to take our cases on the minibus with us. Would NOT recommend and will not use again.

We used the Meet & Greet for the first time in June 2026, but it will definitely also be the last time we use this "service".
When we arrived back to our vehicle after a wonderful week long holiday our mood and spirits were very quickly lowered to near zero when I noticed that the sunroof of my car was open as I approached it. On the morning (04:30 approx.) of dropping the car off, it was raining heavily and quite cold, so there would have been no reason to have the sunroof open. Upon entering the car I also noticed that the drivers seat was fully pushed back as if either someone with extremely long legs had driven the car OR someone was checking under the seat for something. Then I realised the AC was switched on, again due to the outside temperature on the early morning of drop off I know 100% for a fact that the AC was not on when we left the car at the drop off point. Also the entertainment system was set to radio, which I never use, meaning whoever had driven the car had clearly played around with the music system. Something I don't understand because why would they need music playing while they simply move my car from the drop off point into the car park? But all of this was superficial because when I tried to close the sunroof the switch came away into my hand, meaning it had been broken off by the person responsible for moving the car and forced back into place in the ceiling control console for the sunroof.
I reported this immediately to the office on the ground floor of the car park, then had to wait approx. 20 mins for someone to come speak to me. These two individuals could not have cared any less if they'd tried really hard. I was given a card with a contact email address on and told to report the issue along with photos to the Claims Dept. Something I did as soon as I got home.
We are now EIGHT WEEKS later and I am still awaiting a reimbursement of the cost of having the sunroof switch repaired. Multiple emails sent, contact made through Facebook messenger, calls attempted to be made ... all to NOTHING other than off handed and basic / no responses (it's not our dept. / payment has been sent but we don't know when you'll receive it / ignoring emails).

This whole situation is absolutely DISGUSTING!!

Clearly the drivers use and abuse vehicles that are supposed to be in their care while customers are away overseas on holiday.

We have also requested a refund of the parking fee too, but that also seems to have fallen on deaf ears too.

I would strongly recommend you do not use the Meet & Greet "service" if you want to return to your vehicle in the same state as which you left it.

My next contact regarding this matter will be via social media as companies seem to respond very quickly when all the world can see complaints and then I will be looking into filing a civil claim against the M&G company and Manchester airport.

Pleasant and friendly staff,only had to wait 5 minutes for transfers to and from airport, great service.

I had a great experience with this company. Their website is simple and very easy to navigate. The service itself was top-notch, with frequent shuttle buses so we weren't left waiting around. The staff were lovely, polite, and couldn't do enough to help. Will absolutely book with them again next time.

It is a great service, hassle free and convenient especially with children and a bundle of luggage although on this occasion we had to pay an exit fee to leave the car park which I don’t agree with as this should have been included as part of the service.

We use this parking as its reasonably priced and secure parking. They drop you off and pick you up from the airport teeminal. Normally they respond to your pickup within 15 to 20 mins. I was a little annoyed that our last pickup was 30 mins which isnt what you want after a long haul flight and minimal sleep for nearly 24 hours. I appreciate they may have been busy and maximising the drivers time and making sure the business is run efficiently and cost effective. We will continue to use these on all our holidays because the positives outweigh the negatives.

This is our go to for parking at Manchester Airport. Excellent service and really straightforward. Staff are really friendly and quick transfer - all excellent!
